Also chose this one because they are in business long, and are certified in all different mechanics. Anyways walked in here with my dad, and both the female and male who was the owner, were very nice and answered my dads questions. The reason why we didn't ultimately bring the car here is because of an insurance issue, as progressive didn't list them after we filed our claim and wanted an estimate which involved a vehicle inspection in which we did for the claim. Despite their website saying that they accept most insurances. But doesn't rule them out completely, maybe well use them for non insurance work if needed or for something else!

Took it in and within an hour they called and said the compressor was bad which is what I thought. But the kicker is charged 175.00 to tell me that and 1600 to replace. Which obviously would not have been concerned about price if I could have afforded such a bill. I was never told it was going to be 175.00 just to verify it needed. A compressor which I told them from the start. So hete I am out 175.00 for nothing. Lesson learned.

Another awesome job by Rob's Auto Body…read more This is the third time we have had to use a body shop in 3 years. This time on my '24 RAM Rebel. It was backed into and the front bumper was damaged. Rob's gave me a reasonable estimate to have it re-powder coated. But found out after they removed it, the Powder Coater could not re-create the texture. So Rob's ordered a new number for it. The cost of the new bumper was very close to the repair, so it was ordered and installed. I am very pleased with the quality of the repair. And they returned my truck to me cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. The staff is pleasant and professional. And they kept me up to speed on the repair by contacting me regularly. JR was my Service Writer, and did an excellent job. Like I said earlier, this is the 3rd time we have had to use them for our vehicles in 3 years. I hope we are done, but if someone else damages one of our vehicles, I will not hesitate to use Rob's again. Attached is the repaired front end of our RAM. And our Durango. We had to have that repaired after a Deer lost a game of "Dodge the car".

I purchased a used BMW from them and 2 weeks later it was in the shop for a sound in the right…read morefront end of the vehicle. Of course, they didn't find where the sound was coming from, but they did find that the vehicle had a leaking radiator. So that was fixed but they also found that the weld between the radiator and the bumper was cracked. They said that they would have to replace the part that was welded which was going to cost over $1500. I took it to a welder and had it repaired. They do not have a welded, so they rather replace parts. Which I think is ridiculous! After that being said. After those 2 weeks I had to take the vehicle was back in the shop for another sound on the left side. Which they found and took care of it. It was a small piece of wood stuck in the brake. I left the vehicle there again for another week so they can try to find the same sound that I was previously hearing. They finally found the sound!! The hydraulics shocks needed to be replaced. I would NOT recommend this dealership to purchase a used vehicle from. They do not inspect the vehicles thoroughly before reselling them. As I was told by the sales manager they check to see if the vehicle is safe to drive. They check fluids and change windshield wipers if needed! What a joke!! They don't seem to care if the vehicle isn't sound to resell! I will Never do business with them again! Buyers be a were!!!
