Signature Trends is exactly what you want a barbershop to be. The second you walk in, it's open, welcoming, and just has a good energy to it. The place is clean, modern, and clearly well taken care of. Nothing feels outdated or thrown together, and you can tell they take pride in the shop as a whole. I've been going to Joel for over a year now, and at this point I don't even consider going anywhere else. The consistency alone is unreal. Every single time I sit down, I know exactly what I'm getting, and it's some of the best haircuts I've ever had. And my beard? I don't trust anyone with it. Period. Joel is the only person in Illinois, and honestly probably further than that, that I trust to bring a pair of clippers anywhere near it. He just gets it right every time. Chris is amazing! He was not our first choice but that changed really fast. We had been going somewhere for my Boys and I for the last 12 years. Still my original Barber is awesome but we needed someone who could cut but also be Professional and value our time. We love the fact we can get the newest and freshest cut from Chris but also I can go with my 2 Boys and be in and out in a reasonable time. Chris and his team always do a great job of cutting hair. I used to go to Great clips and they would finish my hair in 5 minutes. Chris and I play basketball together and told me to try his place out after seeing one of my cuts from great clips. He took his time and he's really communicative through the cut. Call ahead on Saturday to get a time slot for your cut, other days just walk in enjoy the conversation while you wait. Personal touch is what separates Leon's from the chain haircut shops. Leon's is a true barbershop with a great atmosphere. A great place for guys that don't want to go to any of the chain salons in the area. Elias is very good at his craft.
