We waited about 15 minutes before anyone bothered to take our order. The kicker is the server Chloe found time to serve every table around us but acted as if we were not there. We were about to get up and leave when finally another server who had just came out on the floor asked us if anyone had been over to us. When we said no, she went and got Michael, by this time we had been seated going on a half hour. He asked if he could get us some drinks, we told him we already knew what we wanted and were ready to place our orders. Then waited about another 30-35 minutes until our food came out. Cold and on stale bread. We both asked for drinks with no ice, received ice in both drinks. I asked for Swiss cheese on my sandwich and boardwalk fries, no cheese and then he said these were boardwalk fries (see Pic). The service was subpar and the food wasn't much better. My order was wrong and cold. One server clearly refused to serve us, but served literally every table around us. The other couldn't be bothered to even try to get our order right. If you go Rocky Gap, I definitely do not recommend Signatures Bar & Grill. The other restaurants in RG, the food was decent and the service was much better. The servers at Signatures Bar & Grill were blatant in the fact that green was not the most important color to providing decent let alone good service. read more

There were only 2 servers during our visit. While doing their best, they were clearly overwhelmed. Both servers were friendly and worked nonstop, but they clearly needed help. Before our food came, we were asked how our drinks were. Mine was an iced tea, so it was fine. My husband's margarita had been sitting at the bar for at least 10 minutes. The server asked the bartender to make another because she forgot to deliver it to us. The bartender topped it off instead of making a new one. My husband said immediately that he should have ordered something else because it wasn't good. When our food was finally delivered, it was like warm. My burger was edible but the fries were cold and just not good. My husband said his sandwich was just ok. The onion rings weren't hot. Bottom line- eat before you get to the casino or go elsewhere. With the limited restaurant choices, one would think that they would be on point. This one definitely misses the mark! read more

Since there are not many choices for food at Rocky Gap Resort, we decide to try this place. Once we were seated no one show up for 15 minutes even though there were other tables being seated and getting service. Finally had to go to the host to get a waiter to some to our table. The waiter was a bit rude when he came to table, like we were an inconvenience. We wanted to order drinks on the special flyer on the table and he stated those were not available and was not sure why the flyer was on the table. To those who want to give it a try here's the directions: Walk in the front door- down the stairs to the left of the fireplace- if you go to the right of the fireplace you've gone too far. Down the stairs- and go straight through the double doors- hang a left and go down a long narrow hallway and through another pair of doors. You'll come to a fork in the hall. Go left - the right is the golf area, down another small hallway where one door that you can't fit 2 people through is open and you have arrived. Place is tiny inside - more of an afterthought and really in my mind I had it as something totally different. Place was a free for all and one drink away from turning into a melee. Ordered a cheeseburger salad - which was a side salad with some charred meat on top. Very disappointing. Had pierogi as an appetizer - they weren't bad but overall this place is below average. If you come to Rocky Gap Casino Resort and need a quick bite in between a round of golf or a break from the casino then I would recommend checking out Signature's Bar & Grill , which is located right outside the pro shop. Signatures Bar & Grill does a good job at abiding by all Covid regulations and making sure all customers are comfortable and also following guidelines. Unfortunately due to Covid many of the other restaurants at the resort have been temporarily closed. There is plenty of indoor seating with a very large outdoor patio that over looks the water. Live music is typically played in the evenings near the patio. I came here after a round of golf with three others and didn't have a problem being seating. The servers were really welcoming, were able to seat us instantly and provided waters for the entire table. This is pretty par bar food and with a selected menu you can't complain with the options they have available. I would have wished that our order came out a little sooner then it did but other than that I have no complaints. The chicken fingers were very crispy, the buffalo chicken sandwich was solid and the fries were typical. read more

We waited to be seated for about 5 Minutes. The bartender handed us menus and said sit wherever you like. We sat at a table for about 10 minutes. She yells across the restaurant "do you need a server". About 15 minutes later a server finally came and took our drink and food order. New guest come in the bartender seats them and takes their order. Their food comes out first along with several other tables that came in after us. The bartender continued to be rude. The stage didn't help one another. The food was look warm. Never going back. We were warned it was like this. Shame on us for trying. I can't believe Rocky Gap resort wouldn't address this issue. I would tell you how the food tasted but I don't know because they messed up my order. I got home, not with my "plain cheeseburger. Just meat, cheese, and bun" that ordered, but with a double bacon cheeseburger with onions and BBQ sauce. And it was cold. It wasn't cold because it took me a long time to get home; it was cold because I stood there for more than 15 minutes after they made and gave me the burger, while they figured out that they didn't have the apple pie I ordered. The bartender was perfectly nice, but everyone else was short, rude, and unfriendly. The waitresses stood at the host station and complained about the customers. The customers were nasty, but you don't complain about it while you are on the floor. Because some customers can hear and Yelp about it. And, if I had eaten in, I probably would have nasty too with that service and food. Maybe instead of standing around and complaining, you could do your jobs; that might improve your customers' attitudes. Just a suggestion. read more

I was super surprised by my experience at Signatures. In my past experiences, resorts like Rocky Gap have decent restaurants but nothing above and beyond. I am definitely glad I took a chance and ordered food. The fish tacos did not look appetizing when they were first delivered. I was not impressed. But once I started eating, the sauce they used really hit the spot. The tacos themselves were put together strangely as they had two soft tacos together to make a longer taco (two long tacos total) which was a little messy to eat. But I didn't care because they were delicious! My biggest pet peeve with fish tacos is when the fish is dry but Signatures' definitely wasn't. The fries were also good and there were a lot of them! The scenery was beyond beautiful. The kids got to jump in the pool right next door while the adults waited for the food with some beers and laughs. They even let you take the Rocky Gap cups home which, once washed, make great kids cups at home. We had a very short wait between ordering and being served. Our waitress and her trainee were very friendly and cheerful. I loved the pulled up garage doors and I bet the large heaters would be nice and cozy for the chillier months. The only complaint I had was the flies. I don't think there is much that can be done about it as this is a risk for any establishment that has outdoor seating; however, there just seemed to be so many. Anyway, it didn't ruin my experience. The view was amazing, the customer service was great...I was definitely skeptical going in but the fish tacos and free cups made my day! I will definitely be back at the park for the lake activities and won't hesitate to visit Signatures. read more

I had wings husband had chicken tenders. Wr both got sick. Chicken wasn't cooked properly. My wings were not fully cooked. We had sent my husband's tater tots back because they were cold. I placed a carry out order for just under $80 on Saturday evening. Of course it took 45 minutes to get my order. 1st, the chili that I ordered was left out of the bag, but the waitress caught that. When I got home, 3 of my meals were made incorrectly. I ordered 2 cheesesteak subs with just provolone cheese. When I opened them, both had lettuce, tomato and onions on them. I ordered a burger with only cheese and the bacon on the side. Amazingly, the bacon was on the side, but the burger had everything on it! The meals are not the same when you have to take off the items you specifically asked NOT to be on there and they soak into the buns. My picky eaters would not eat any of those 3 meals! What a total waste. Why take an order if it's is going to be made how the kitchen want's to make it. Do the kitchen workers have a problem reading orders?? Three stars because the food is good, BUT the service is TERRIBLE. Seat yourself, get your own menu and settle in before a server acknowledges you and figures out who gets your table. We went for lunch on a Sunday (a slow day) and still had to wait longer than is normally acceptable. Then we went back again on a Tuesday at lunch (out of desperation) and watched as every other table around us got attention. Asked the server if I could place an order (because, yeah, I've had enough time to study the menu) and was told to "wait a minute". Five minutes later I left. Too bad. The food is actually good; we had the house salad, buffalo chicken wrap and grilled chicken sandwich with tots. Tots were crispy and delicious and buffalo sauce in the chicken wrap very tasty. But the service definitely takes down the experience a few notches. Rocky Gap needs to work on the staffing at Signatures. As one of the few eateries at the resort, patrons expect better for the money they're spending to stay there. read more

My husband and I eat here often and enjoy it very much! We have had several different things on the menu and have never had a bad meal. We have went a couple time for their wing night on Tuesday and it was fantastic. The one time we ordered our wings and they ran out of wings and they offered us anything on the menu in place of our wings on the house! They are very accommodating and offer many different dinner options and when the weather is nice you can sit by the lake and enjoy your meal with great service from their waitress. We will continue to eat here and recommend Signatures Bar & Grill to our friends and family! read more

My go to place while I'm staying over night. Unfortunately this may be the last time I come. Friday night was packed, granted there was an event being held at the hotel. I was greeted by a waitress that we would have to wait for seat and that she will be right back to get our names on the list. In the mean time a party of three walked right up and another waitress I think it was actually the manager on duty. She took the party of three name and told them it would be a minute. I walked over and told her that we were instructed to wait out side the door and then we would have our names put down. The waitress(manger I think) got real smart with me and told me ok and. I said I was next and she said there is nothing I can do but put your name down. I said okay...we didn't wait long but it definitely upset me that she was that rude. We got our table. It was so incredibly loud in there it was ear piercing. The group that was there for the event was loud, rude and very pushy. They were walking around and stoping then having a loud conversation at your table. Many waitress asked them to move for a second so they can bring food to guests but once they moved they started all over again. Our food took a while. Small pizza,order of 10 Wings and fried pickles. I completely understand that it took longer than it should since it was busy. When our food came the pizza was cold. The cheese was not melted. We ate it. Quick Recap: Food: 0/5 Patio setting, atmosphere, lake views: 5/5 Drinks: 5/5 Service: 4/5 The down and dirty: I went here to celebrate my birthday with friends and family. Rating our food as "subpar" would be doing a disservice to all the subpar food out there. Everything was disgusting. I ordered a philly cheese steak. It was advertised as "chopped sirloin steak" but the meat came out shredded looking like dog food scooped on a bun with some cheese on it. It also came out cold. The sandwich itself was tiny. For 9 bucks I was really expecting much better. As far as taste -- not too bad, but its presentation was so poor and unappetizing I think my mouth was expecting it to taste like dirt. The fact that it didn't taste as bad as it looked is not a compliment! My wife and friend both ordered fish tacos (mahi mahi) The fish came out deep fried on a flour tortilla. They were extremely, extremely dry and overcooked. The sauce did nothing to alleviate this. And my friend had A FLY BAKED ONTO HIS FRENCH FRY. They forced it down (the tacos, not the fly), but were both unhappy. The onion ring tower appetizer was very disappointing. It was less of a tower and more like 8 small rings on a feeble metal stick. For 6 bucks it was a ripoff. The wings were fine. Simple. Hard to mess up -- even for Signatures. Make no mistake: Signatures does some things very well. Of course, the atmosphere is quite nice. We had a seat on the back patio next to the lake and the views were stunning. This seemed like it would be the perfect place for some nice bar food, some sandwiches....etc. Too bad the views were ruined by such awful food. I ordered a beer and it came in a giant souvenir cup for 3 bucks. Nice! Loved it. They had a great beer special later on, too. My wife ordered a drink at the recommendation of our server and she was quite happy with it. Some rummy thing. I forget what it was called, but it was tasty and affordable. Our waitress was excellent. Friendly. Nice. Fast. But I gave service 4/5 because she tried to get us some of our food comped and the manager on duty wouldn't budge. He made us pay full priced for our cold food with flies. Unacceptable. If you want to stop at Signatures for a beer after a round of golf. Go for it. It's a great spot to relax and have a few drinks.
