Thoroughly impressed by this mobile pizzeria. Signora Pizza features Neapolitan street food, fried pizza, and Pizza a Portafoglio ("Wallet" pizza). Our family first heard about Signora Pizza when we attended Glowfest and saw their name listed as a food truck vendor. Sadly, we went on a day that they did not operate at the festival, but we hopped on their social media and saw where they'd pop up next and we vowed to try them out. We managed to find them stationed over at Kourys Fine Wine and Spirits. After looking over their menu offerings, we decided upon the classic Margherita Pizza ($17) and their pistachio cannolo ($7). This review is for Signora Pizza's food truck that visits the local liquor store Khoury's on Friday nights. We've had them during our last visit to Khoury's and we were so impressed that we had to have them again! Kyle and I like to play drinking games at home sometimes and we stopped by Khoury's to pick up some of our favorite beers so that we could play bad movie drinking night over the weekend. But first, we wanted to have some pizza from Signora Pizza. Khoury's seems to be very busy when their food truck is on site, but it wasn't too busy on their patio. The temperature wasn't too bad outside so we chose to sit on their patio. We literally got there at the right time, because when we were waiting for our food to come out, there was quite a line forming! We ordered a Margherita pizza and a side of squash blossoms for us to share. We were told that the wait time would be about 25 minutes, which was ok for us. While we waited, we browsed around Khoury's looking for beer and ordered drinks from the bar. The pizza was excellent! We had to let it sit for a while before eating it because it literally came right out of the oven. The squash blossoms, which were delicious, have a very similar texture and taste to mozzarella sticks, only they have squash inside. Definitely worth the 25 minute long wait! If you're looking for some amazing pizza, you will find Signora Pizza on the site of Khoury's every Friday night. So good! read more

I've been wanting to try this place for so long, and it did not disappoint! We went on a Friday night and parked next to Khoury Wine & Spirits. The patio was packed, and it seemed like almost everyone was ordering pizza. We ordered the squash blossoms, Patatosa pizza, and Margherita pizza. Once we placed our order, we were given a buzzer and told the wait would be about 45-50 minutes -- and it definitely took the full 50. So just a heads-up: don't come here if you're in a rush. The squash blossoms were decent, though a bit hard to eat at first, so I'd recommend letting them cool down first. The Patatosa pizza was really good -- I loved the flavor combo of the sausage and potatoes. But the Margherita pizza was my favorite. The sauce and cheese had the perfect flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were high quality. I will say this pizza is definitely best enjoyed fresh -- I can see it getting a little floppy if it sits too long. Overall really enjoyed it! read more

I have been wanting to try this place for a long time. For the past few months they have not come to the Silverado Location and I have not wanted to travel 20-40 mins to get a pizza. Tonight my niece and I decided to try it. The line was not too long, 3 people ahead of us but many other had already ordered and were waiting. We ordered our pizzas (3 of them), a tiramisu, and a drink. What I am trying to get over is the fact that 3 pizzas ($17 each) a tiramisu ($10), Italian soda ($3.5) and 10% tip came to $80.39?!?! This pizza better be the best pizza I have ever had. Got our buzzer and were told a 30-40min wait. Our buzzer went off almost 55 mins later and our stuff was ready to be take home to try. The pizza was nice and hot and smelled up the car. Got home and the pizza was cut into 4 very large slices. I had to cut mine again because there was no way I was eating that much pizza. Ended up eating 1.5 slices. The sauce is good, you can tell all fresher real ingredients are used but if you like American style pizza this might not be for you as the sauce is truly just crushed tomatoes and may be some salt pepper and Italian seasoning. True Italian style (no added sugar to cut the acidity). On a margarita pizza I am partial to ovalini mozzarella (fresh mozzarella balls) and not normal shredded mozzarella. I prefer to not have cheese all over my pizza or I would have ordered a cheese pizza. The flavors were all there but I don't think it was $80 worth of pizza. Good to see they have a line all the time but for me it is a luxury to eat here as I can't afford $80 on pizza every time. Yes the pizza will take me 3 days to eat so that really breaks down to like $5 a day for my pizza but again if you have to feed a family of more than 3 you are looking at the same price as a very nice steak house. The 4 stars is really for the housemade Tiramisu. The flavors are everything I have been missing about Italy. Best Tiramisu in Las Vegas with maybe exception of the Tiramishoe at Green Valley Ranch. Finally tried Signora Pizza and it just so happened to be on 3.14! It did not disappoint! We went with a small group of friends. I love that they were located right outside of Khoury's we were able to go inside, have some drinks and wait for our order to be ready. I got their Patatosa pizza (it has potatoes on it and it was amazing) and a Tiramisu (they said they had pistachio that day so of course I got it!) I let my girlies try it and one actually went back to the truck and got her own! My husband got his own pizza and we ate EVERYTHING lol Great food, drinks and company! read more

I tried the infamous 2022 pizza champion in 2022 while on a trip to Las Vegas. When I met Flor I had mentioned I was from the bay area and rented a car to try her truck because I heard she's the best in Vegas and i extended how I enjoy another pizza champions pizzas near where I lived . She graciously made me 2 of her famous margherita pizzas and she didn't charge me! To say the least I was shocked! But at the same time I knew she was the real deal.... The pics I posted should speak for itself! Simply one of the best in las Vegas! Fast forward to 2025, I now live in the Vegas area and her Friday location is close to home... So to say the least this review is way over due and I still frequently visit flor and her great staff on a regular basis. Finally got to try this pizza food truck & it did not disappoint! Went around 7:30pm and ordered 3 pizzas (13inches, 4 slices) to share for a group of 4. We were given a buzzer and wait time of about ~45min but ended up being about 1 hour. Definitely be prepared to wait and come not too hungry yet lol. During our wait, we were able to enjoy some beers at Khoury's at least! - Diavola: a classic red I love getting at different spots, love the spicy salami - Truffle: truffle not too in your face, which I prefer. Stopped by the truck today as they set-up the truck just behind Khoury's Fine Wine off Eastern. Got there at 4:30 when they opened. Waited about 20 minutes for 2 pizzas. One was a funghi pizza (mushroom) with potatoes and eggplant. The other was sausage and broccoli rabe. Both were delicious! Neopolitan style with that simple but flavorful, chewy dough. The coolest thing is the state-of-the-art truck itself. There is a huge, wood fired stove INSIDE! So dope! One side of the truck is all windows where you can see all 5 people working on various orders. Coolest food truck ever! I cannot wait to try more pizzas. They also sell Arancinis, wallet pizzas, calzones, and dessert dough. I will be back the next time they're in town! read more

This local business is as authentic as it gets. The website shows how they built their food truck from the ground up. The family of owners speak Italian as their first language. Marinara wallet pizza is very good. It comes with no cheese, making it "accidentally vegan." At first, the crust masks the flavors of the wallet pizza. You have to eat it carefully, as the liquid from the sauce eventually oozes out of the folds of crust. They also have vegan mozzarella, so I look forward to trying some of their other menu items in the future. This is the resident food truck on Friday evenings at Khoury's Fine Wine & Spirits.
