We ordered from Stallone's Italian Eatery on Silverado Ranch through DoorDash while visiting Las Vegas, so I can't speak to the in-person service or ambiance. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't great. I was sick and couldn't eat, but my husband ordered the garlic bread with marinara dipping sauce and the Big Guido sandwich. He said the meat and cheese in the sandwich tasted good, but both the sandwich bread and the garlic bread were stale. Because of the bread being stale, the food wasn't really edible and he ended up throwing most of it away. Based on this experience, we would not order from here again. read more

Terrible order just arrived. Garlic bread is burned French bread with raw garlic. I'm not sure if there is even butter or oil of any sort on the bread? Their "Pasta Special"? Penne was pictured, and a fresh garlic butter sauce described. It was supposed to be buy one get one free. We received one plate of buttered rigatoni with more raw garlic thrown in. I didn't even need to add any parm and I am parm obsessed. Finally the Hail Caesar sandwich killed me to have to put down but I was stuffed. The chicken was crispy and not greasy with the prosciutto in place of bacon was genius. I dipped it in the marinara and Alfredo and I can stay which was better so get both. My husband liked the ranch but imo why would I need ranch with all this delicious home made sauce . If you're in a rush I would not recommend just stopping in. All I can rate is the food and sauce! Since I don't drive much I use delivery and DoorDash. This is the 1st time I have tried Stallone's and man was it fantastic. Tonight after helping someone move out of their place we ran over to Stallone's for a meatball and ricotta pizza and some garlic knots. I'm sure it's well documented that. Brett Raymer from the reality show Tanked is the owner and believe it or not when we got there to pick up our order he was back there slingin pies and taking orders. That's a true blue collar working pizza place owner. In a world of reality people that walk around like big celebrities, I give Brett big props for just out there earning a living like the rest of us. When you walk in you get a great smell of cooking pizza. There is a lot to see on the walls with Raiders and Golden Knights logos nice and big. The restaurant itself is a classic pizza joint smaller size with tables and chairs running down the rectangular shaped room and tonight every table was full. We did not have to wait long and took our pizza back to the emptied apartment to sit down to some good pizza. I will definitely come back to try some of their other offerings. This place has definitely gone downhill. Stopped by for some pizza and was not greeted by anyone. It was a ghost town in here at 3pm. This big heavy set white male came out of the kitchen area and just looked at me and my partner. No greeting, nothing. He tells us to sit anywhere so we sat at the booths. These booths are dirty and fifty with crumbs all over the seats and tables have not been cleaned! He walks over the table and puts some cups and plates. Then takes a seat right by the kitchen area and stares at us. I have never been so uncomfortable at a sit down restaurant. Terrible customer service! Well balanced, not too acid, not too thick, feels like home Pizza I ordered a pizza with mushrooms, olives and balsamic onions. Excellent. I can't believe after all these years I never before tried Stallones. This is especially true because it's located literally next to Slators 50-50 would I have been too many times. This is the second location in as many days, but I walked up to and immediately had reservations. From the outside, Stoll looks like a closed restaurant. The reason for this is that it faces the blazing LAS VEGAS sun and has the Marketing Italian looking window screens covering every square inch. Oddly, when I went in, there was no delicious Italian restaurant or food smell. That put me on alert and at least initially influence my food choices. While Stallone's promotes itself as New York style, the wall coverings are very eclectic and in addition to New York teams, and Las Vegas, Golden Knights, and Raiders, there were plenty of Dallas Cowboys in Stan Lee wall coverings. All that is well and good but who truly cares. Let's get down to it. We started off with the calamari, which was done Rhode Island style. 5 out of 5. The calamari tasted like calamari, it was not greasy, the batter was balanced with the calamari as were the hot peppers. Some of the calamari was huge, think and tender. The legs were crispy but kept flavor. Perfect mix. The lemon pieces had size and substance, the red gravy was so tasty I actually partook of it. Next was the Caprese salad. The mozzarella was perfect. Soft, mild flavor, firm enough. The tomatoes sliced just the right thickness tasted like tomatoes and were not hard as rocks but firm. The green arugula (?) bed was devoured. It was just slightly bitter and a perfect balance for the tomatoes, mozzarella and glaze. The glaze was flavorful and balanced. Finally, my veal and eggplant sub was perfect. Notably, the veal was real and dominated the flavor of the sub. The pieces were extremely tender and of substance. What was also notable, and actually remarkable and amazing was the fact that the eggplant was breaded, and retained its flavor and dominated over the breadcrumbs, which provided a subtle crunch. To be frank was quite disappointed in this place. Was expecting more for the price. First of all, the food is hugely expensive. That's OK I guess but the taste is just "ok". But what got me is you get served with plastic forks and knives for a sit in meal served out of a take out container. You go fill your own paper drink cup out of the fountain machine? It was like you were eating at Taco Bell. You are paying top " dine in" Italian restaurant prices but if you eat in it's like you are eating at McDonald's. So , to be fair to them, and in consideration of the fact they really are just a takeout place, we tried it again and ordered a full "pizza meal" for pick up. We ordered a pizza a Caesar salad and wings. It cost us $75!!!!!!. - Yes - $75.00 before tip . It was made by what look like a couple of high school students. We ordered "the kitchen sink" and yes there was a lot of toppings. It looked really nice however, the pizza was so ridiculously salty we couldn't eat more than one piece each. Can't tell you if the pizza would've actually tasted good or bad because it was so grossly salty it couldn't be eaten. We literally threw it out. The Caesar salad was just a takeout container full of lettuce with a plastic small container of Caesars salad dressing bought at Costco They don't even mix the salad. They charge a premium dollar for a Caesar salad and it's a container full of lettuce with dressing on the side. What we can say was the wings were really good. They know how to make wings and maybe they should convert the place to a Wingstop. Literally a block away at Little Caesars the exact same meal would cost you 20 bucks. It's unfortunate because when we were there the first time and had our "fast food dine in meal" the owner was there and was extremely friendly and outgoing. We thought that this could really be a good place if they actually got some silverware and a regular plate to serve their "dine in customers" with. However, after the $75 takeout fiasco , we will stick with one of the other thousand pizza joints in the area.
