Riccardo and Dennis, owners of Silicon Valley Bimmer are truly first class BMW auto mechanics who have extensive backgrounds and a long outstanding history in the BMW industry. I was on the fence as to whether I should keep my 2007 550i M Sport due to leaking seals in the motor among other issues, but after consulting with them for months I finally made the decision to keep my BMW and move to restore the engine and body among other things. My BMW was worked on extensively and now I have as close to a brand new engine as you can get. I also took their advice to flush the transmission and replace aging hoses. Not once did I feel pressured to do more than was necessary. As a matter of fact they told me where I could hold off and when down the line I could expect to have to deal with additional maintenance if needed. I've now extended my engines life by at least an additional 120K miles. Only basic routine maintenance should be needed at this point. The car is running as good as the day I road it off the lot. Now I'm looking forward to repainting. I'd recommend SVB to anyone looking for a trusted shop that can help support and extend the life of their BMW. 5 stars from me. Although I was referred to this spot prior to new management taking over and the name change. I actually LOVE bringing my car here. The guys working here are honest and I truly trust their judgment when it comes to my 535i! These guys are honest with me when I come in for maintenance and when I ask them their opinion on wether or not something should be replaced right away they always try to put themselves in the customers shoes and take prices for replacements of parts into consideration. Living in the bay, I feel that this is a great quality to have when running a business. Especially because keeping up with BMW's can obviously be pricey. Took my 335i for motor mounts and transmission mounts to be installed. I also asked if they could refit my relocated inlets due to it popping off from the rear turbo. They managed to refit my rear inlets and added a new clamp! Overall they took care of me from start to finish and pricing is very reasonable.
