Some business' on Yelp should get more than a 5 star and Four B is one of them. I have been taking my cars - a Mercedes and a Range Rover, to this place for over a decade. David is no longer the owner, Tanya is and has been for about a decade. I first started going here since it was highly recommended and close to where I was working at the time. I did go elsewhere for about a year after David was rude to me over the phone, basically told me that if I didn't want to wait for service, then go elsewhere. All that has changed since Tanya has been in charge. She runs the place with her sons and is extremely knowledgeable about cars. They are always busy so it might be a bit difficult and you may have to wait but if it is an emergency, Tanya will find a way to get you in. My cars have been going here for tires, brakes, maintenance etc. and even though Four B does not have tires to replace, Tanya has found me a place to go to for new tires as well as when one of the tires on my Mercedes blew up and I just needed a used replacement. She really does go out of her way. Being a woman, I always feel, and I am sure it is true in a lot of cases, that I am taken advantage of when it comes to my cars. I have never doubted Tanya's advise nor does she over charge. She is very reasonable and I wish there were more people and places like these. read more

I arrive and they were unfortunately backed up due to unforeseen circumstances. I waited for maybe 30 minutes or so in the lobby. Thankfully they had wifi! Four B Auto Service did an outstanding job on handling the maintenance for my 2016 BMW 328i. I came in to get the seals done on my BMW (Valve Cover, Oil Pan). Not only did they get the job done, but also realized a few other errors that they were able to squeeze in and get done with the repairs. I used my warranty to pay for the costs but for what my deductible was and half the price that my warranty wouldn't cover, it still was very affordable. Second, these people are amazing been going for about a year and I recommended one of my friends with a 328i there he had got an inspection at bmw and found that there were three leaks oil housing gasket, valve cover, and oil pan leak bmw quoted around 4.6k for that which was ridiculous,however, four b priced it at 2200 and it was an easy yes upon them dismantling the car to repair the leaks they began to find bigger problems like 2 cam shaft bolt gears completely destroyed and they showed us through pictures how bad it was something that wasnt mentioned by bmw and gave a new price point (less than bmw still). They are extremely transparent in their work his car has been running beautifully ever since they put hands in there. They are quite literally the best for bmw's and best part is their time management is insane as they got it done within 2-3 days of dropping it off this is the place to be im telling you! Once again Four B comes to the rescue. Been having issues with my AC for a month now (one side doesn't get cool air) and especially with the hot weather lately, I decided to finally do something about it. I saw that the local Firestone Auto Service location was running a special on "AC system check", so I brought my car to them to see what the issue was. They said there was no issue, pressure was fine, and refrigerant level was good. Not sure why they think that warm air only from one side is not a problem. Seems they didn't even really check anything at all, except collect the fee for the "AC Service check". But then they offered their next service "AC Recharge" for $178. Typical upsell by bringing me in for a "check", and then selling the service. I politely declined. The next day I brought my car to Four B (which I should have just done initially!). Within an hour, they called me and said my refrigerant level was low, they refilled it, and I was good to go. Simple and half the price of what Firestone wanted for their "AC Recharge". I had been going to Four B for over 6 years but recently the quality of service severely declined. I came in for electrical problems with my car, I was told that I had a fuse that was out and was charged $120 for the service. 3 days later, the same problem persisted and I was told they would have to do a diagnostic which would be another $100. But this didn't make sense given the fact that the original problem was never fixed. I received much attitude from the lady owner. I asked if I could speak with her husband, David, who was who I worked with usually and I was told he was not around. Later, I found out that he had a new shop across the street since they separated and that her along with her sons were now running Four B. Just a terrible experience from this place I spoke over the phone with a lady and she said I could come in at 12 since I was just looking for a diagnostic since my parking sensors on my bmw weren't working and I would be getting a notification every time I would put my car in reverse but upon my arrival their was no one at the front desk to help me so I waited there for a while until a got up and went into the shop to ask for help.They told me they were going to check it out and see what the problem was.I got a call 2 hours later that they didn't find anything wrong with my car and that the notification wasn't popping up anymore I was surprised but they told me if I wanted further inspection they would need to remove my bumper for $250 but their was not guaranteed that the issue was there and I would still be charged the labor so I said no and went to pick up my car and keep in mind I was using uber to go back and fourth from my house to the shop.When I got there I went to the garage and the guy appointed me to my car that the keys were inside so I went to my car turned it on and tested it by putting it in reverse and to my surprise the notification was still popping up which made me furious I was gonna ask them again but I just didn't wanna deal with them anymore so I just left and will never be returning to this place again don't come here if you wanna waste your time and money also felt like I was being ignored the whole time I was there read more

Have been going to 4B for years now. David has always been VERY open and honest about repairs and cost. I have even brought in sister's car for 90k service, he inspected it and said that I didn't have to do it for another 20k miles - "everything is still good" That just goes to show how honest of a person he is nowadays. We have all had our fair share of mechanic horror stories, but with 4B - it's to the point where when I have a problem with my car - I just drop it off and ask him to call me when it's ready.
