Today the food was delicious, but unfortunately the service was very poor. Our waiter, a heavy-set Asian man, had a bad attitude throughout our entire experience. It really overshadowed the amazing food you serve and does not reflect well on the restaurant. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, but customers should not be treated that way. He seemed upset because we chose our own table, and after our food was served, he never once checked on us. His overall demeanor was unpleasant and unwelcoming. So I've been leaning into Uber Eats more. I'm not sure that's a good thing yet. I do know Silk n Spice is a good thing though. I caught the lunch special, which is a beautiful array of a main dish, fruit, soup a little salad, packaged nicely in a classy looking tray. I also ordered crab wontons for my family. The dipping sauces were divine. I'd be inclined to try to place in person. You can tell the staff takes pride in how they serve their customers. Such care was taken with my little to go lunch. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of everything we ordered, but the food was delicious. The dumplings were very good, and while the calamari was slightly chewy, it was still enjoyable. Came on a Saturday and enjoyed my time! The interior was super cute with elements of traditional thai decor mixed in with modern lighting and seats which gave the restaurant an upscale vibe. There was also some live music being played at the restaurant at the time which was a great surprise - shoutout to Rob for entertaining us throughout the meal! We ordered the basil wings, which were discounted because we were there during happy hour (3pm-7pm daily!), the bangkok drunken noodle chicken, and the savory massaman beef curry to share. You get to choose your level of spice from 1-5 for each dish and we choose a level 3 on all our dishes. The basil wings were by far the best dish we tried. The wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and the sauce was so flavorful. It was some of the best wings I've ever had anywhere and the fired basil was a nice aromatic touch. I would come back for these wings alone (8.5/10). The Bangkok Drunken Noodle Chicken was a good sized portion and very standard for a drunken noodle dish overall. The noodles were a bit blander than I'd like and it was not spicy at all in my opinion. (5/10) The savory massaman beef curry was really flavorful and reminded me a lot of a vietnamese dish called bo kho with the potatos and carrots. The beef was a bit dry, but dipped in the curry and wrapped in the roti it was a solid bite. (6/10) Overall, the food was decent, but a bit pricey for thai food in my opinion. The service was stellar and I felt very taken care of the whole night by the staff. There is plenty of parking in the lot. I'm glad I got to try this spot and happy for this new and much needed addition to the Cypress area. read more

Very inviting Restaurant. We took our order to go and found out the Thai flavors good not great. We found the noodles a little too salty and the curries didn't have that deep curry flavors. The food was freshly made and enjoyable. The staff was really friendly and courteous invited to come back for the live music that will be playing Friday night . The interior is clean, modern and very inviting . I recommend it will probably return too. I did feel bad for one person who told us she was demoted to cleaning tables when we tried to order dessert from her and she had to get someone else to let us order. The food was ok. A bit pricey for food. The crabmeat Rangoon and the dumplings are almost $10 each. We ordered soup (the small was also almost $10). In my opinion the pad Thai was sweet. The mango sticky rice was just ok, the rice didn't taste like anything. We also had two different curries and the egg rolls and they were also just ok. Came here during lunch and ordered the kua kai noodles and red curry lunch specials. The red curry was not very good. Vegetables tasted frozen (got that crunch). Beef was chewy. Probably stir friend separately and added in. The curry base itself was ok but nothing to write home about. I always order the kui kai noodles when I see it on the menu since it's more of a local Thai dish. Their version is very underwhelming as in lacking in that savory, slightly sweety garlicky flavor. Came here for happy hour and left ready to try the entire menu! Happy Hour Apps (Every day 3-7 PM, $6-$9.95): We ordered the crispy spring rolls (4), dumpling bites (7), and Thai Delight wings (5) tossed in the dry rub seasoning (larb- slightly spicy and zesty). I visited here since I heard it was a nice new thai restaurant. It turns out It's modern and upscale with dim lighting inside, but still somewhat casual. They have nice decorative touches such as metal napkin holders, and a thai designed cloth coaster for some drinks. Their duck dish is currently the most pricy option at $27. They currently have a yelp check in offer for free thai tea, so I took advantage of that. I was in the mood for fish, so I tried the snapper with basil sauce, supreme crab fried rice, side of roti, and mixed vegetable tofu delight. I was a little upset the roti didn't have any type of sauce to go with it, but that would be on the full portion only. I enjoyed my snapper entree probably the best of the dishes I ordered. This is a nice addition to the Cypress area and would make for a great date spot. read more
