OK, here is a food hack that my husband claims to have discovered (even though he has seen me doing this many times before in Chinese and Korean places). This last visit, I ordered the coconut chicken soup, along with the crab fried rice (it's a must). He got a spoon of rice and then dipped it in the soup to eat together and it made for such a divine pairing. Absolutely recommend ordering and doing this. This place has quickly before one of our favorite nearby places. Especially when I'm crazing FLAVOR and SPICES. This place does not disappoint and I look like someone who hasn't eaten in several days when I demolish all of the dishes in front of me. read more

This small, modern Thai spot has a calm and inviting atmosphere, attentive staff, and delicious food! I ordered the Pad See Ew with pork at a medium spice level, and it came out piping hot in under 15 minutes. The noodles had the perfect chew and were packed with flavor. The medium spice level had a nice kick, but as someone who loves spicy food, I'll probably try the Thai hot spice level another time. I also ordered the mango sticky rice for dessert, and it was a great treat. I'm curious about their other dishes, so I can't wait to come back and try them next time! read more

So I've been to quite a few Thai places, but this place stands out. The menu is broken into geographic regions where you can find options that aren't mainstream at all Thai restaurants. I went with the wings and the pork pad Thai. The wings were good, but it's hard to differentiate wings from one place to another as long as they aren't bad. The pad that, on the other hand, was flat out delicious. It was cooked fresh, well seasoned, and full of flavor. The service was good, but I wasn't a fan of their soft drink approach. They serve soft drinks via cans and that means no free refills. A can on 2/24/26 was $3. That means if you want your drink refreshed, you're looking $6. You're probably better off with tea or water. In a case, the restaurant was relatively quiet and the food was really good so I'm happy with that. read more

Overall just a really solid place! Both dishes I ended up trying had great taste and the service was also extremely thorough and diligent! The only thing that stopped me from giving it a 5 was that I wasn't super impressed with the tofu in my dish, and for a Thai restaurant I was a bit underwhelmed with the spiciness of my dish (I ordered medium between mild, medium, and Thai spice). If I'm in the area I'd definitely be willing to give them another try and see if Thai spice rectifies it. read more

This is a small but very charming restaurant at the end of a retail center. There is a small bar and about a dozen tables, and it is very nicely decorated and very clean. They offer a wide range of Thai dishes including standards like pad Thai and fried rice as well as a lot of regional specialties. We started with gui chive tod and followed with tom kha gai soup and larb gai and it was all delicious. Portions are a reasonable size and everything was fresh and beautifully plated. Really impressive for a small spor and we will definitely be back to explore the menu. Everything is cooked to order so there's a small but reasonable wait, so don't expect fast food speed, but it is a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a meal. Staff and service were great too. read more

December 30, 2023 Update: Visited for a family dinner. As expected, service was friendly and prompt; food arrived amazingly quickly. Tofu Pad Thai, Chicken Red Curry, Chicken Green Curry, and Tofu Penang Curry. Unfortunately, for dessert, Mango Sticky Rice was unavailable. Tastes/flavors were good but a bit muted this time (especially the Penang and Red Curries, which looked very similar in color). Overall the tab was quite high at $87+, for four dishes, no drinks, and 18% tip. Still a great choice, but prices begin to bite. read more

I ordered a lot of food but the Only thing that had a good taste was the beef skewers! The Penang curry was terrible with no flavor it was watered down and no coconut milk taste either. This quickly became my favorite restaurant in the area 3 years ago when I first visited, if I could give them another star I would. The staff is incredibly kind and polite. The food is some of the best Thai dishes I have ever had and so consistently good but they are constantly testing dishes and offering seasonal specials. They have a singer on the weekends that has a beautiful voice and she sings all kinds of music. The drinks are pretty and delicious and the golden silverware is so fun. We come here for every special occasion, and every excuse in between. Stopped into Four Region Thai for an early dinner today. Got there around 5pm and it was fairly empty with maybe one or two other tables, but by the time we left it was getting quite busy quite fast. The decor inside and outside is very well done and almost has like a retro 70s look and feel to it. The dining area is well lit and vibrant, with great use of tile and wood and lots of gold. Even their dinnerware has a cool gold & black theme to it. They also have a great looking little patio with ample shade but this current Texas heat is too much for outdoor eating; this will be great for fall or spring. Service is quick and very friendly, we were never left wanting or waiting, everyone was super nice and helpful. Now the for the food. Definitely authentic and unique, at least as far as Thai restaurants on the north side go. True to their name, the menu is divided into the four regions of Thailand; Bangkok, east, south and north. I can't remember the dish names but they were all delicious. My son had a spicy beef curry that was probably my favorite entree of the dinner, I had the soup looking dish with fall apart pork rib and rice noodles, and my wife had what I believe to have been beef larb. The tamarind pork ribs to start were very succulent and sweet with great use of fried basil and a sweet sticky tamarind sauce. The house made coconut ice cream was some of the best ice cream ever and the mango sticky rice was also a beautiful and delicious yet, light dessert. This is now my favorite north side Thai spot. I came here for dinner while some family was visiting and we had a great meal. The restaurant itself was small and cozy, and there was a woman singing karaoke when we went. She had a beautiful voice, but it was a little hard to talk amongst ourselves because she was a little loud. Our waitress was very sweet and gave great recommendations off the menu. We all started our dinners off with a beverage from the bar. I ordered the ginger margarita, and it had a great ginger kick! Our meals came out pretty quickly. I really enjoyed their green curry. Although I would say their spice levels are not super spicy so if you enjoy Thai hot spice levels, this is around a level 3 to level 4 spice at the hottest level. Wow, what an incredible culinary experience! We were blown away by the flavors, service, and overall atmosphere. Finally an awesome Thai place in north county. The Pa Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) was cooked to perfection, with just the right balance of spicy and savory. The noodles were extra wide and had a got bite so it wasn't over or under cooked. The bamboo shoot was a great touch. The Crab Fried Rice was a delightful surprise, with generous chunks of fresh crab meat and hot was a good amount of spice. But what really impressed me was the attentive and friendly service and live music. The cozy decor and traditional Thai music in the background added to the authentic experience. Was craving some Thai food and good old yelp popped up this place! I haven't heard of it and so decided to pop in with the bf! We ordered pad Thai and nam Tok! The pad Thai was delicious! Crunchy peanut, perfectly cooked noodles, topped with lime ...very refreshing! Nam Tok was something I've never had. We originally thought it would come with rice but it didn't. I think it was some sort of salad? The beef was tender and you could taste the basil! It was yummy! For dessert, we had the mango sticky rice. This is not your usual Thai restaurant because, while it does serve some traditional dishes you're used to eating, there are other regional items that maybe you've not seen on a Thai menu before. The three of us went in today and sampled three different dishes, Two things you need to know: first, the flavor profile on the dishes was really excellent, and secondly, the kitchen tends to prepare the dishes on the spicy side. We had one dish mild, and that was fine, we had another dish that was mild and the person struggled to eat that because the heat level was definitely higher, and I had a medium-level dish which I would say in any other restaurant would have been considered at a higher heat level than medium. In their two desserts, realize the coconut ice-cream is expensive as it's made there and not bought, and wait on the mango sticky rice until it's back in season. Important suggestion: make sure you have a Thai tea on the table and ready to go in case the dish you get served is a little spicier than you had anticipated. Otherwise, I would say the food was pretty delicious and perhaps a little more authentic than some other Thai restaurants. as to the ambience, I thought it was sort of cute and I rather liked it. read more
