While overseas, I didn't get the email that your invoice was paid so it wasn't in our calendar. I'm not sure why it didn't show up in our inbox. Just now, I had to manually pull up each invoice and found yours. Unfortunately, there is no way to get the package to you today which is the day of your event. We feel horrible that this happened, especially since this is for an event where everyone is expecting to have leis. The package should have been sent on Saturday and received on Monday, today, since FedEx is closed on Sunday. We will definitely refund you for your order.
