Absolutely amazing. After being in the area, we were looking around for a lunch spot. I stumbled…read moreacross Capo on maps and was surprised at its insanely high ratings. We popped in and took a while to read the menu options. I landed on a giant Italian Combo, a beer, side of fries, and a tiramisu. Everything was amazing. There's high top seating inside and even a full bar with seating as well. The staff was great, everything tasted amazing, I'd absolutely go back (and plan to do so). After grubbing we listened to Capo by NLE to top it off

I ordered a sandwich and wanted to make it a combo but they only do it with fries, no chips. For most, thats an awesome deal - I just personally wanted chips. They have the fancier drinks and not your typical soda options so keep this in mind. My roasted turkey sandwich was $14.95 to start, and toppings like pepper relish cost extra (I feel like a spread should not be half a dollar but sure). Meat quality was good and bread felt fresh but just a little hard to chew. For basically 16$, there was only two thin slices of provolone. Compared to some of the photos I saw, the sandwich was a bit lacking on the toppings of meat/cheese. People super friendly and service was quick. They had tons of desserts, pasta salad, and a few actual pasta dishes on the menu too. I'll have to come in to give them a try for a cheesesteak or the caesar salad wrap next.

I've been to plenty of Potbelly locations, and the food is consistently good. This location,…read morehowever, is one of the most poorly run I've visited. It is also in a weird location, and the inside is set up strangely as well, which makes the experience feel awkward from the start. I ordered a Chicken & Cheddar Skinny and a turkey sandwich. The food itself was exactly what you'd expect from Potbelly, so no complaints there. The problem is the operation. There were five employees working, yet almost no attention was given to the customers standing in line. Instead, everyone seemed focused on online orders while the in-store line barely moved. If you're going to ask customers to come into your restaurant, they shouldn't feel like second-class customers behind the app. This isn't a staffing issue. It's a management issue. With five people on the floor, there should be someone owning the front line and taking care of the people who made the effort to walk in. Instead, it felt disorganized, inefficient, and frustrating. The food saved this from being a one-star review, but the way this restaurant is being run needs serious attention. Management needs to rethink their priorities and create a better balance between digital orders and the customers standing right in front of them.

They also have a nice section of chips and cookies. Our order taker and sandwich maker Sara did an awesome job waiting on us and helping with sections seeing it was our first visit. The dining room is much better than most sandwich shops in that there is plenty of room along with their atmosphere. Love the potbelly stove in the store.

Best Buns 5 We've…read morebeen to Best Buns several times over the years, but somehow I've never gotten around to writing a review. Since we were back in the area for a DMV for a brief visit we knew exactly where we were stopping before heading to the airport. Hubs ordered his usual sausage, egg and cheese sandwich , and I ordered the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich along with an iced mocha. I had completely forgotten they have a Starbucks on-site with a limited menu. Of course, I couldn't leave without grabbing a cookie and a chocolate croissant for later. The food arrived fresh, hot, and exactly as expected. The staff is always friendly and personable. You see professionals, students and the locals coming in and out, but there is seating available. Conversations are at a minimum and despite the attached restaurant you can still hear yourself and the other person without yelling. One thing I appreciate about Best Buns is the consistency. Whether it's been months or years between visits, the quality never seems to change. The sandwiches are flavorful, the ingredients taste fresh, and nothing feels like it was sitting around waiting to be reheated. Everything is prepared to order, and you can taste the difference. My sandwich disappeared one bite at a time, and Hubs completely demolished his croissant sandwich without hesitation. That's usually all the confirmation I need. Some restaurants are good. Some are memorable, but there are the places that become part of your routine whenever you're back in town. Best Buns has earned that status for us. Five stars earned! Consistently fresh. Consistently delicious. We'll be dropping in on another turn and burn later this month...
