Today I placed a mobile order at this establishment. When I got to the restaurant at the designated pick up time I was told that my order was already picked up. To their staffs surprise my order was not there. When I asked them where who they gave my order to they replied that a driver picked it up. I was disappointed that the staff does not ask for any confirmation prior to handing out customers orders. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for my entire order that was given to a stranger originally to be remade which was a major inconvenience. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and the staff was confused and careless, no one could give me a straight answer. read more

The food here is always good. they always put the perfect amount of cream cheese on the bagels, which is why i like this place so much. But I went in today and asked for two different bagels one with regular cream cheese, and one with jalepeno cream cheese. i got home to then realize they were both regular plain cream cheeses. even on the receipt it says i ordered a specialty cream cheese. I paid extra money for a specialty cream cheese, just to not get it. very upset with that. read more

Who doesn't love a good bagel breakfast sandwich? This place is convenient for me because it's only a couple minutes away from my house. Pair that with the fact that they serve great food and you have a 5 star rating. They're usually always very busy, but whatever you're getting is more than likely worth the wait. They have over 20 different bagel choices which makes for an adventure for your meal anytime you want to mix things up a bit. They also have about 7 or 8 different flavored cream cheese spreads. I usually order an egg white and cheese with some kind of deli meat because I feel that it will fill me up more, and their breakfast sandwiches definitely hit the spot. I cant understand the hype? It must be the location that draws in the crowd. The bagels are smaller that lenders at the super market. I travel to North Jersey daily and have come accustomed to fluffy fat bagels that are hard on the exterior and soft on the inside. This owner is either cheap or I need to understand that at the beach, they don't like carbs... So, besides betting about a half a bagel from everywhere else, the prices are crazy for a breakfast sandwich. Almost 7 dollars for a laughable bagel and 2 super thin slices of porkroll with an egg. CRAZY... Go across the street to Lenny's and get a breakfast sandwich instead, you will not be disappointed like you will be here. The other piss you off moment is when they spin around the screen you to give them a tip... Here's a tip... Pay your employees a living wage and don't rely on me or anyone else to allow them to makes ends meet. With all the dough you are saving on those bagels, you can Def afford to give back to the people that help you and your family live well. Just avoid this bagel shop. Growing up this was always on the top of our list of decent bagel places at the Jersey Shore. Not so much anymore. The original owners sold this place in 2013 to someone who they believed would continue to bring quality recipes and ingredients to the table. Unfortunately this has all been sacrificed. No holes, hard, chewy, everything you wouldn't expect from a jersey bagel. Not good. About a week ago now I discovered a piece of string in my cream cheese, that I'm unsure of where it came from. This is hands down the best bagel shop I have ever been too! It's clean and the staff is friendly and fast. I don't live in the area but when I stay down in this area every summer I always make sure to get my breakfast here. My favorite is that they have coffee ice cubes for your iced coffee so it doesn't get watered down... nice little touch!!! They also have different flavored creamers as well. The food is awesome!!! I have gone to other bagel places nearby and by 12-1pm they are out of bagels and haven't made anymore but you can literally go to silver bay bagels before they close and they will still have bagels left!
