The morning of our wedding we went out onto the private balcony overlooking the forest full of wildlife and beautiful bird calls, we sat in the chairs and said our private vows to each other. It made our day so relaxing and easy and everyone staying there was so sweet and happy for us. The spa was super cool! They also have this foot massager that was so nice for the morning after because my feet were hurting!! The hot tub was the best but the sauna and steamroom were also so relaxing. Overall this place is great and we saw all types of people staying there, an anniversary trip, a babymoon, not just for your wedding. But it was super romantic. We will be back for our anniversary:)

When I Checked in, the lady at the front was very helpful and friendly. The elevators seems to move fast so we never had to wait long for them We got a 1 bedroom suite. The rooms are spacious but I don't think it's utilized well. The couch is not comfy and hard. There is place to sit and lounge. Bathroom was also spacious but the shower door only closed like 95% closed. It also had slow pressure and, oddly, at 4am... it took a long time for hot water to come The bedroom was nice. Very small bed... I'm surprised there was no king bed here. Two nightstands which had decent amount of outlets here and the entire suite Breakfast was okay. There was plenty breakfast items like juice and fruit and cereal. They do have a waffle station with a lot of add-ons/toppings. For hot food, however, they had premade mini omelette which had a powdery cheese sauce and sausage links. Both were actually pretty good. Plus they had your toaster station with breads and bagels. The pool was decent but the water was ice cold. And so was the pool room itself Overall, the hotel has its pros and cons. I did enjoy my stay and the staff was nice to me.

Just found out on a recent stay that they are upgrading to motion sensing thermostats in every…read moreroom. It's 88° outside and the hotel room is 73 when I arrive. I turn it down to 65 to rapidly cool the place off. When I come back from dinner the room is back up to 73. It's too hot to sleep and your towels don't dry overnight. This is absolutely garbage, and apparently it's becoming a more common practice with corporate greed and franchise stingyness.

So, I've stayed in rooms 6, 12, and 14. Of those rooms, 6 is by far the most impressive. It is one of the most expensive rooms, but well worth every penny. Room 14 is on the cheap side, and also worth the money. I honestly can't say the same for 12... while the bathroom is incredibly beautiful and includes a huge garden tub, the room itself is pretty dark and only has two very small windows. However, that beautiful bathroom is actually inside one of the turrets, so that's pretty cool, too. To get a five star review, the staff really needs to step up their game. We stayed for three nights, and towels / soap / shampoo / conditioner were never replaced. Trash was not taken out. Beds were not made. If I'm paying $200 a night, I do expect those things to be flawlessly taken care of. If it weren't for the building itself, this really would be more of a 3 star review. That being said, the innkeeper was very nice - and we did track anyone down to ask for new towels, etc. So, I certainly can't say we were refused. My tip to you would be that when you check in, ensure that those things will be taken care of if you require them for your stay.
