I thought the service was amazing. The massages (massage w/pedicure & manicure) alone were worth every penny. My nails came out really good. I walked in and they were busy. I waited like 15 minutes. No big deal. The shape of my nails are perfect. They were really patient when it came to painting my nails. As they were painting my nails 2 people walked in and I seriously thought to myself oh great a crappy rushed paint job is about to happen. Boy was I wrong. I use to love coming here for pedicures but unfortunately when I last went in for a pedicure they really got in my toes and cut me. I had asked them to just remove cuticles and avoid any poking or cutting but she cut me really bad and caused for me to get an infection. The infection wouldn't go away even after soaking in salt water using Neosporin etc, I had to go to the doctors and actually get on antibiotics for the infection to clear. Clearly their tools aren't properly sanitized nor do they listen to directions. This could've been avoided if she would've just done what I asked for. Won't be coming here again no pedicure is worth your health and getting an infection. Also not to mention the owner is very rude and was upset when I told her I got an infection because of them. She acted like she didn't know me but prior to that she greeted me with a smile and had said "long time no see we ready for you". That lady is a joke. read more

Here is a update (i know it is a little late but wanted to update) I had another nail place remove the set from here, after only having them on for 3 fills, so total of 6 weeks on. When they where removed I then saw that my real nails where brown and green. Due to silver nails putting them on wrong and NOT cleaning there tools between customers. So it came from another customer cause the tools where not cleaned, so till those tools are cleaned it will keep getting passed on.. So now I have a fungus due to this place. So over priced and dirty, DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH go somewhere else. I will add a photo of my icky nails. read more

Rancho Cucamonga never seems to disappoint me. This salon is very personable. They ask you your name and welcome you. They make you relax and get comfortable. The spa chairs are amazing. They do a very good pedicure. I never had a person scrub my feet for 15 minutes each. The skin was defiantly gone. She massage my feet separate and then massage legs for long time. So I decided to go here as I hated my previous nails and with extensive yelping I was in the area. The price is very reasonable.. A full set is $25, they took off my old nails for $5, reshape is $3 (which I chose coffin), and gel for $5 for a total of $38 much cheaper than other places. They do quality work, it is lacking one star because I did get a cut to my ring finger. I also got a pedicure, sanitation is there, they use liners and their instruments I would believe were sterilized as they came out of the blue packaging. I would definitely go back here.
