May did my nails. She did a beautiful job. I'm very leery of nail salons since I've been burned by those blasted drills more times than I can count. May was very gentle and careful. It was a painless experience. I didn't even have to tell her about my fears. I will use her every time I go there. Also she listened to what I said about the length. I do a lot of typing and I can't have very long nails. She made them the perfect length. It's so refreshing to have someone who listens and does what you ask! I had white tips with pink fill gels. I was a long time customer and rarely broke a nail. The few times that I did and had to stop in they would fix it at no cost. Two weeks ago that was the case with another customer yet with me they charged me and that was after I tipped the tech rather nicely for one nail. The new nail was short and wide with a very odd hump in it yet the rest of my nails were long and narrow. Horrible experience especially after having gone there for the last five years. They do ok work but their prices are high. 25.00 for a manicure when other shops charge 12.00 to 15.00. They are money hungry. The owner is more on the phone then paying attention to the customer or talking and laughing with the other workers in their language. So unprofessional. Will never go back there again. read more

This place is terrible. They may do nails decently, but their customer service is terrible. I made appointments for myself and 3 others to get manicures and pedicures. Our appointment time was at 11. The first of us 4 didn't get taken until 11:30, ND the last one to be taken (which was myself), didn't get taken u til 12:15. I waited an hour and 15 minutes WITH an appointment. Then, when they were finally ready to take me, i.tokd them on didn't want my nails done anymore because the rest of the girls would be done and waiting game on me for an hour, but the ladies said "no, no, no. You'll all be done at the same time". The other 3 were done when I was still getting my pedicure and they hadn't even started my manicure! Liars and horrible customer service. Needless to say, I will NEVER come back here. read more

Worst experience. Ever. Nails were super Bulbous and thick and when I mentioned this I was talked about by the employees made to feel stupid and then the owner said she doesn't want me to leave not liking them so she clipped them all off filed my already weak nails down and sent me away but didn't charge me. So aside from having to pick up my children from water polo practice and now losing two hours of my day I now had to go to a different salon. It wasn't even attempted to re do my nails. She filed and filed but after removing there was no offer of attempted repair. I was told after showing pic I had shown to the nail technician that my nails are different and I explained that my normal nail tech whom I couldn't get into at Bella nails made the look like that. She said ok then go. So I did. I believe they have good technicians I think maybe I got the one that wasn't great at what I was requesting. read more

Got to Silver Nails just as they were opening 6/1/15...ONLY customer. Silver Nail, I just needed one coat of gel polish, before taking a flight to New York. I was trying to get hair and nails done...but NONE of the staff there would stop cleaning to accommodate me...I CALL THAT BAD SERVICE. I have been a customer of Silver Nails since 2004... Diane is the nicest owner and Sussana does a GREAT job on my nails. They are always accomodating and prices have always stayed within range. They remember your name, and treat you like family. LOVE this place! Utencils are always sanitized and i have NEVER had a bad experience. Sometimes it's a bit too far to drive & i venture to other nail salons, and am instantly reminded of why the drive is TOTALLY WORTH IT everytime! Not sure about this place. Didn't give me lotion until I ask, didn't clean my fingers where gel polisher were left accidentally, didn't file again to make sure the cuticle area doesn't get covered by gel and gave me attitude when I give suggestion about color. Maybe if your nail salon doesn't do nail design, you should just say you don't do anything more than basic design. Not hating, just giving honest opinion read more

I heard from multiple people to try this place out and I'm disappointed! The lady barely understood what I wanted (glitter tips is not that difficult to grasp) and did a poor job on my new set. I had 3 nails pop off within 2 weeks, and other places I've gone I can go up to 3 or 4 weeks if I need to without any nails breaking. I will never go back. I was a loyal customer for years and if I could give 0 stars I would. Not even 24 hours ago I got a French tip mani and pedi. The nail polish peeled off on its own. I was told they did $35 for hands, $35 with feet for the gel, so $70 total. Then I was told since I was a good customer the total was $49. My mother heard this too as the woman said, "You regular, so you get a good discount, thank you." She was very polite. Then afterwards my nails peeled and I had to go back the next day. I walked in very polite and said, "Hi can I speak to someone privately?" In front of everyone very nicely so that nobody but the woman in charge heard our conversation. My father was behind me and she played it like she was going to fix it for me saying, "Oh sweetie that's weird ok" and as soon as he left said "Oh no, that no gel sorry, oh well, sorry they chip easily without gel" and PROCEEDED to DENY that they gave me a discount a day and a half ago and that I paid $44!!! For the regular polish. They denied what they said and said I'd have to pay $20 for them to re do it in gel and said they were giving me a discount since it was $35 originally. Such a rip off. I got them done my father came back angry and paid then stormed out and we aren't going back. I can't believe they did business that way. They always went out of their way for me telling me about themselves and buying things for me so I could pay back later, I thought we had something good going on. Then a woman there took away my seat, and the owner, who said absolutely nothing, let me sit at one of the tables to which the manicurist that did my gel ones made me move to the seat over even though it was at the same table after I was standing for 30 minutes because of a self entitled customer. read more

I am so glad I found Silver Nails. Diane, the owner of the shop, and all of her girls do fabulous work. I have never had my acrylics lift and even when I get a fill, there is no unsightly line. They tackle any of my crazy design requests and are always very friendly. Sometimes, the wait can be a little long even with an appointment, but it is always worth the wait for the quality of work they do. I love this little gem of a nail spa and come back regularly.
