Jimmy and his team arrived on time and began working immediately. After they had set up, Jimmy explained the order in which rooms would be done so that I could plan ahead in terms of finding a place to settle myself. At my request, the room I was likely to use for most of the day was completed first. This was very important, because they were doing all of my carpets and my tiles, covering virtually every inch of floor space in my home, as well as the marble counter tops in my kitchen.. Carpeted rooms dried super fast, thanks to the big fans - commonly used in flood damage situations - that were place in the rooms after cleaning. The team worked efficiently. Jimmy did tiles and marble and the other two men did the carpets, but everyone worked together when it came time to move furniture. Everyone was nice and the three men work well together. They cleaned thoroughly and carefully, taking pride in their work. Having the Silver Olas team in my home for an entire day was a pleasant experience. Silver Olas prices are similar to what other companies charge - less in some cases. There was no pressure to do more than I had asked for initially (such as trying to add Scotch Guard) and there were no hidden charges. I sent out for 5 bids for carpet cleaning on my rental apartment. Silver Olas responded fastest with a quote that's low but not the lowest. But when I told the other guys that the carpet may have pet stain they all increased the price a lot. Silver Olas didn't do that. They removed all the stains. read more

We were in Austin, TX for birth of new granddaughter when our hose cleaner discover a water leak in our Carlsbad home that went from kitchen sink and into adjacent master bedroom. He went to the house immediately, accessed the damage and contacted us with pictures and proposal for mitigating the damage, drying everything out and necessary repairs. I had my carpets and sofas cleaned on April 18th and the cleaner was very well mannered and professional. He said it would take about 3 hours to do everything so I left him alone and surprisingly got a call about an hour and half later that he got another worker to help him and was finishing up. The sofas looked good and carpets too. I was just surprised that they were almost dry when I arrived an hour and half later-they had fans and Windows opened. I kind of wondered if I got a light cleaning but would recommend this company due to promptness and efficiency. I also had most of the furniture off the rugs and the cleaner also told me he would move the coffee table and sofas too. They were moved back when I arrived and I do appreciate that. read more
