Turns out the furnace emergency mode was tripped due to a dirty air filter. Our new build home recommended we replace our air filters every 6 months. For the type of furnace we have we should be replacing them monthly! Sean quickly reset the furnace after 5 minutes the cooling and heating started to work again. I would do business with these folks again as they were fast and the price was fair. If it wasn't for the heat wave coming I'm sure they would've scheduled me sooner.

Robert installed our new Goodman 5ton AC & FURNACE in June, of this year. This replaced the original ICP system that came with the house in 2004. We've ran our A/C unit everyday, for four months, with out any hiccups. Comparing our electric bill now, vs last year, the new system does run more efficient, as our bill has dropped some, tho nothing drastic, maybe $50-$90 monthly? For the same usage (slightly more this year). Besides the savings, the indoor climate is improved, the house feels cooler, and less humid throughout the day, even with the temperature set a couple degrees higher then last year. Over the last month, we've finally began using the furnace, due to the colder mornings, and that too, has been flawless. A much smoother, gradual warming, as opposed to the previous unit, which seemed like an All or Nothing, blast of HEAT. No issues with the Finance company either, (Greensky), everything from the application, to the payments, to the customer service has been easy, and straightforward. Overall we know we found the right company to have given our business to. Robert is a No B.S, honest man. During my vetting process, he answered all my text, returned my calls, and never once gave me some phony brochure/ saleman answer. I gave this man a difficult time with my constant questioning about his products, and installation processes, as I learned more about HVAC, and what to look for in finding a quality HVAC company. I'm a DIY'er for almost everything I own, but HVAC is not a D.I.Y accessible industry. The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!
