Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. After they guide you up on the rails, there are pressure sprayers on both sides, but there's only one person on the driver's side that sprays half your car, doesn't make sense, so, that's a zonk. Now when I pull out, the people who dry the car, hit the hood, top, and trunk, not the sides of the car, why? Another zonk and I save a few dollar on tipping, gotta' show a little effort for a tip. So, while I'm happy with the company, this is what it is, try them out, you'll get the same results.
