Plenty of both but what really made it outstanding was the flavor and texture of the brown sauce in the beef and broccoli entree. It was so flavorful and nice and thick so it stuck to the food well. I've had some that are as runny as water and this was perfect. The steamed dumplings were great too and the egg rolls were perfectly cooked and flavorful. The fried rice was flavorful with plenty of ingredients and moist. The serving sizes were full and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. I highly recommend. Oh, and everything cost $25. I've had restaurants that charge that much just for the beef and broccoli and won't let you upgrade the fried rice that comes with it.
