When I said I missed that, she said "well you better learn how to read!" How insulting! When I said I know how to read, that I just missed that, she then continued with more insults "if you know how to read, then you need to learn how to follow directions." She told me I make her feel like she's giving all these directions for nothing! She literally said to me that I'm "wasting her time and paper!"
