My other half needed a PCP, although he already had one, I wanted to find a more updated one. He…read morewas previously going to the same doctor as his dad and I never felt comfortable there. It was always crowded, super long wait and I barely understood the doctor. I finally took matters into my own hands, looked online and found Alohi Clinic. Although I can't speak from first hand experience with the appointment, my other half had no complaints. But what I can say is booking online was easy for me and when I had to adjust times, calling was just as easy. There is a code to get into the building, which they give you, and the waiting area is a good space nice cool and quiet. They offer services like facials, hair removal, etc. but they also are an internal medicine practice so you can come for normal PCP stuff. It's pretty great. The wait is quick, the front desk is friendly and the office is clean. So far it's been great with this clinic and I'm glad we found it.

It's been…read morea long time since we've had a primary care doctor, and I didn't realize how much I was missing that sense of genuine care until now. From our very first visit, Dr. Coelho made us feel completely at ease. He's incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but what really stands out is the way he takes his time to explain everything clearly -- not just the "what," but the "why." You never feel rushed or like just another appointment on the schedule. There's something about the care he provides that feels personal and comforting -- almost like being "at home." That's hard to put into words, but it truly makes a difference. For the first time, I can honestly say I'll never dread going to see my primary care doctor again. If you're looking for a physician who combines professionalism, compassion, and genuine connection, I can't recommend Dr. Coelho at Alohi Clinic enough.

ALWAYS RUSHING!! .her mouth, when she's speaking, talks @250mph You can't understand anything she's saying (it's that in n out thing, 15 minutes only hurry up! hurry up!) She says soooooo much , There's NO WAY you'd remember everything AGAIN, Thank God I found another doctor Thank God I've found ANOTHER doctor.

Dr. Judith Hernaez took over the practice of my former PCP Dr. Aaron Kaichi upon his retirement…read more I've tried to tolerate this change for several years now, but I have always found her to be very manic, always rushing. She has been very condescending at times, rude at times, not very personable, and I'm sorry to say, has a horrible bedside manner! But today was the last straw! She accused me of not knowing how to use my home blood pressure monitor! Rude! Then she pointed out a direction on my new blood pressure medication that I had missed. When I said I missed that, she said "well you better learn how to read!" How insulting! When I said I know how to read, that I just missed that, she then continued with more insults "if you know how to read, then you need to learn how to follow directions." She told me I make her feel like she's giving all these directions for nothing! She literally said to me that I'm "wasting her time and paper!" I may be a 66 year old retiree, but I'm educated, 33 year career as an educator! I'm no bumpkin, and I'm not a child! She is very knowledgeable, I'll give her that, but she'll rattle off, with no attempt to relate on a personal level! Today her insults and disrespect were blatant, inappropriate and uncalled for! I'm done! Currently searching for a new PCP! A well mannered man like Dr. Kaichi was! If you are looking at this review because you're looking for good family doctor, then you wouldn't want Dr. Judith Hernaez! Sorry to be so blunt!
