Lily has done my last few sets, which is why I specifically booked a 1:00 PM appointment with her. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, she left mid-appointment to do another client's lashes, and I was told (not asked) that another tech would finish my nails. I was handed off to a new tech I didn't know, and the appointment ended up taking over 2 hours, which felt excessive for a simple fill & deluxe pedicure performed simultaneously. I was also charged $55 for the fill plus $10 for two broken nails, even though 1 nail was just cracked, not fully broken off - bringing my total to more than the cost of a full set ($60). WOW!! When I asked about it, Lily did reduce the fee to $5, which I appreciated. But the situation left me feeling uncomfortable -- especially when their salon website clearly states that pricing is transparent and satisfaction is guaranteed. That said, I live nearby and still want to support this business. I just hope for better communication going forward -- especially when it comes to changes in service and pricing. I think this salon has great potential, and I'd love to keep coming back under more professional circumstances.

The lady did not have any training on Brazilians. She used the wax for your face with muslin strips. I even asked her if she was using body wax and she said yes. This was not true. She used scissors!!! To trim My hair and tweezers. Twice I had to tell her to stop because my skin was so irrirated from Her going over and over it again. Not using the right kind of wax is what got us here. When I got home and could see in a mirror the results I was horrified. It is a crazy patch job and my skin is on fire! I called and spoke with Van who runs the place. She could have cared less. Did not apologize or offer to make it right. All she said was she will tell the lady.
