Wish I saw the reviews before I went here . First impression reminds me of yogurt land . But they even have different sizes and napkins. $20 for two people . This place is overpriced and the cashier is a cheapskate. What kind of place doesn't have napkins . Sounds like a health violation..... They don't have sample cups and the yogurt is super expensive. 2 of the smaller cups were $26!!! $26 for yogurt not worth it.

Their yogurt is pretty good and the toppings are better than most places. Their prices are either really high compared to other places or it's because they only offer extremely large cups. The most annoying part about this place is that they don't offer samples. They girl working there today said " It's because the owner doesn't want to buy the cups" pathetic. Ok, walked in to the store, one person working. He didn't greet us. There are no prices listed anywhere ( What's the big secret? ) so I asked him hi what's the price and how can I taste some samples, he looked at me and said. 62 cent's a oz. Me and my boyfriend went to this place last night it was cold, but I wasn't feeling good and he wanted to cheer me up. First they didn't offer free samples which I mean whatever it's okay I can get past that gives you options to try something new, but then I really wasn't feeling good I wanted to tell my boyfriend prior to coming in " it's okay we can go somewhere else" but then I didn't want to hurt his feelings. But none of the stuff looked appetizing so I changed my mind because I didn't want to eat something that was going to make me feel worse so I kindly asked the employee if I can he can throw away the container I got to put the yogurt in because there was no trash cans present and I thought to myself as I was looking for one " hm that's weird a place like this usually has one out especially a place that would in the summer serve the whole family " so I walk over to the employee after scanning the yogurt place for a trash can. And I asked nicely " I'm sorry I changed my mind I don't see a trash can. Can you throw it away please? And the dude acted like I was asking him to hike up mountain Everest. Like I work at Amazon dude where we pull full on shifts 5-10 hours breaking out backs literally to make sure people get their packages. We get small breaks. Paid well and all but it's physically demanding and when my boss comes up to me and says " we need higher rate scanning the boxes to get packages out quicker " I don't take a deep breathe I say " okay " and I do the JOB I GET PAID TO DO. If you don't like the job you get paid to do QUIT. Go find another job but buddy don't sit there and act like your job is hard to when you were already using a stool to sit at the register ON YOUR PHONE. Mind you if I use my phone at work AUTOMATIC TERMINATION. It's crazy to see some business are ran like crap and still open. The trash can wasn't far from you I'm sure it was probably right behind the counter. The fact you acted like a child about throwing a paper bowl away shows a lot about who you are. It makes me wonder why you work at yogurt place. Go find a job that makes you want to be there instead of spreading your negative energy because you hate when you work. read more

Absolutely awful place. Don't ever give them business. Absolutely rude employees who were upset and mad when we asked for clarification on how the restaurant worked. Didn't even explain it just told us to grab a cup and that were not allowed to taste test. When we saw all the condiments out with no lids and they looked old and dead bugs all over, we decided against eating here. Then the employee basically yelled at us and was upset because we "wasted" his time. I wouldn't even trust getting water from this place.. oh wait they'll probably charge you $10 for water. I never see customers in this place and I guess I understand why now. Absolutely terrible customer service. Absolutely filthy and unsanitary. I've picked up here for Uber Eats as a delivery driver before as well. Store always forgot items and when I had to drive back they simply stated "oops" and didn't even apologize for forgetting multiple items for multiple orders. This place honestly needs to shut down and let a business move in who will actually be successful and have a positive impact on the community instead of this dark, dirty, and unfriendly "yogurt" shop. read more

I am not one to complain but sadly this was our first and last visit. We walk in and no one was at the front counter so right away it wasn't very welcoming, if someone is actually busy in the back I completely understand but you should be able to multitask to keep your customers satisfied. He came out once we were done with the frozen yogurt part and then we moved onto the toppings. When I go to pay the worker is gone again, I had to say "Hello?" Then the guy slowly walked on out like no big deal he wasn't there and that shows me he was probably in the back on his phone and doesn't care. Now I don't know wether or not if thats what he was actually doing as I can't see back there so I wont count that as the issue. The issue comes in play when my daughter got her Frozen yogurt as she has been wanting to try this place for awhile and all was okay until she bit into the rainbow air heads tape like candy and it was hard, I didn't believe her cause she is a little dramatic so then I tried it and it was hard. One candy no big deal right? She then says the sour watermelons are hard too. I tried to smush it with a finger and it was rock hard. Now I get people can say "the candy gets hard in cold substances" but a matter of a few minutes and mind you the candy being on top should have not made it super hard, possibly able to break a tooth if my daughter still tried to eat it. Now I would've taken it back but what is someone who is just getting payed to be there say?
