RUN RUN as fast as you can to another Imaging company. Wish i could give a negtive star. I will never go back to the W. Washington locations (not sure about the other locations) but had a sonogram done in the throat for possable cancer. The tech (wish I had got her name, I tried getting her name by calling over there but as per their customer service they disconnected me 3 times, but she was a young lady) was very cold and unprofessional. She asked me to pinpoint the mass and I told her it was located in the left side of my neck," will you need to pinpoint it". I didn't know what the dr was feeling. She than proceeded to tell me that she doesn't know if she can get it (I would think if I had to pinpoint the spot for the imaging company the dr would have let me know) so after she did both sides I asked her if she was able to get it, I was told by her she could not give that information out, I was NOT asking for results just that she was able to complete what she needed. So now I have to wait not only to see if it cancerous but also if she even did her job. Than the goop they put on she got all over me and my cloths and usually they dry up what they can see and than let you finish but she said the wipes are over there and you can get up and clean it yourself (didn't expect her to clean it all but just get enough of the big goop at least so I could walk over to clean up without it dripping down my shirt and throat more or bring the wipes over). You would think that a place like that that is dealing with people who are going through these ordeals would be a little more compassionate. If you are looking for compassionate people DO NOT go here. And I wish I had read the reviews before I scheduled. I have never in the last 6 years that I have been going through cancer treatments(chemo) and testing every 3 and 6 months (have the kind that can come back anywhere in my body again) have I had cusomter service like that. read more

Placed my belongings in a locker and went for a "15" minute MRI - told to place key to locker on ledge by doorway (where I could not see from MRI). My MRI ended up taking 40-45 minutes!!! Upon leaving (I was last person there) I grabbed everything and met friends for dinner - at that instant I noted I was missing items (jewelry) and the business was closed. Next morning I called to see if these items were found in locker or dressing rooms and of course they were NOT... very upset - no way both items fell out of my pockets... absolutely devastated at loss of sentimental items. Recommend another location or NOT bringing anything of value with you to this location!! read more

Awful experience. I scheduled my appointment 5 weeks in advance. I arrived early for my appointment at the summerlin location and they said they would have to reschedule. I was rescheduled for today at 4pm at the flamingo location. I later receive a call from them stating they would only be able to give me a "partial scan" of what is needed. Which is not something my medical provider is needing. I hope I can find another facility to go to and avoid SimonMed. read more

I had an appointment later this week but Christina who was up at front was helpful & able to accommodate me this afternoon. Jan was my technologist who took care of me for my MRI. He asked me what kind of music I would want to listen to during my exam. He communicated thru out the exam on how much longer it was going to be. He helped calm me down. Thank you Jan! Jan was incredible and made sure to make me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. I was SO nervous for my first MRI and he did everything he could to help me with my claustrophobia from putting me in feet first so I could look up and see that I was able to see outside of the machine to giving me time updates and encouragement while I was in the MRI machine. He also allowed me to lay in the machine "Superman" style so my arms were laid out above my head so I could tell that I was outside of the machine. Jeremy got me in so quickly and I literally didn't even have to wait a second in the waiting room. Thank you for being so accommodating for my first MRI. I waited maybe 5-10 minutes for my CD and was able to leave. This place is so efficient! read more

I have been trying to make an appointment here for weeks for my newborn and no one has been able to help. They will take all my information put me on hold then the call will disconnect. Pathetic these people don't know how to do their job or just don't want to. read more

Awful experience. Starting from the end of my appointment, where I had a C/T scan with an older gentleman that called me "Baby," told me to "be a good girl," and then proceeded to talk about my "gorgeous legs" and asked if I had the "7 year itch yet in my marriage." Disgusting. Completely unprofessional and utter nonsense. I'm unclothed in a hospital gown, and you are a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL - he made me feel super uncomfortable, to say the least. Reception on the front end of my appointment was a disorganized mess; didn't give me the right paperwork to fill out for my 2 tests, and the woman doing my U/S had to have me fill out the paperwork after I was in back. Reception also told me I had to drink a fluid for my C/T scan because "they were out of contrast dye, and would have more in tomorrow" - which was not true. They gave me the contrast dye when I went in for the C/T - apparently they have to give you both for a gastro/intestinal C/T. Just misinformation at the front end. Awful experience all the way around. Called the Regional manager to report the inappropriate behavior. read more

Alley greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. She checked us in and gave us the necessary paperwork to fill out. What stood out was her kindness and cheerful disposition. She sincerely likes her job and people and it shows; you can't fake her positive energy. Thank you Alley. Jan escorted us in the back, completely reviewed what we needed to do, showed us to the lockers and got Catherine her gown. He even explained how to properly wear the gown. He also told us that the MRI was with contrast and explained what that meant. He even gave us the timetable of how long the entire process would take. Through this all he was kind, accommodating, and most importantly he made Catherine laugh which took away a lot of anxiety. Then he escorted Catherine to the MRI and sure enough he returned her in less than the time that he originally told us. All in all between Alley and Jan they took a stressful experience and we left smiling. read more

My mother was turned away and her phone was thrown into her lap by CT tech James Dupree as she was attempting to show that she has the order for her CT scan to rule out post-op complications. My mother left the office crying after having waited hours in pain without having her CT scan done. She was told to just go! I will be writing a letter to corporate, as I am sure this treatment of patients is not to be tolerated! Unprofessional, rude, and racist tech! read more

I've seen better waiting rooms at plasma centers and more attentive staff people at a morgue. Insurance does NOT cover most of their procedures so you're paying out of pocket. Thankfully it was my first and last visit to this desolate place. read more

Everything was great, only reason I'm not giving them 5 is because they made me jumps thru some hoops in regards to how payment was supposed to be arranged. When I called ahead of time to confirm my patient responsibility I was clearly told that I could have the cost divided into 6 month payments. Well when the day came of the appointment they informed me that they don't know who told me that but they can't honor it since that's not how they bill in Nevada. I would have to pay it in 2 payments. I obviously did not plan for this and didn't have the necessary funds available. I then remembered I had the phone call recording of my conversation I had when setting up/confirming my appointment detailing the agreed payment. They responded basically saying that there "system" wouldn't allow such a change. what!!! Long story short, I had to talk to a supervisor explaining the obvious problem with how they communicate payments with their patients/customers to get the changes made. They finally honored my reasonable request, but not before making me jump thru hoops. read more

THEY DO TAKE APPOINTMENTS for X-Rays. Referred to SimonMed by my family doctor. Received a message to call 866.614.8555. Message said X-rays are done on a walk-in basis. Called the number to get more information. Person I talked with confirmed, "no appointments." I was the first person at the office in the morning, before 8:30a start time. A person with a "appointment" comes in several minutes later and is taken in ahead of me. Confused but still wanting X-rays I wait. Then another comes in and is taken ahead of me. No longer confused, just mad at having sit for over an hour. Left the office. Called the Regional Manager. Manager said you could make an appointment. Now I am really mad. Several MRI machines went down around the valley, and it was very difficult to make sure I could get a new appointment as soon as possible. Not going to lie...this was somewhat of a nightmare, but the fact that I could even get my MRI done in time was a miracle. The technologist stayed nearly 2 to 3 hours passed closing time just to make sure those still waiting got their MRI's done, and that is superb. I'm sure she was exhausted and stressed out, but I just wanted to acknowledge the fact that she was doing a wonderful job. read more

They made getting the appointment smooth and easy and Jon was amazing during the procedure and made me feel absolutely, totally comfortable and relaxed. The worst! Mind you a had to fast since midnight the night before, I was told to arrive by 10:45 am and my X-ray was scheduled for 11 am. I arrive a little before 10:45 am to wait beyond 11 am and watch as they take in every person who walked in the door after me. My X-ray was a simple basic abdomen scan. It was now 11:30 am and I basically walked out never to return. For future patients perhaps you should tell them 30 minutes further than the actual appointment time! I was back for my follow up annual tests of a CT scan, a thyroid ultrasound, and a mammogram. Every time I visit this location everyone is amazingly friendly and I NEVER have to wait long. I arrived at 3pm and was out the door with all 3 tests completed by 4pm! All of the staff are very informative, professional, and friendly. Not to mention their cash pay prices are cheaper than most places in town. I highly recommend this location. =) read more

Jon was amazing Tech I never felt the needle. He put on Bob Marley for me to listen too. He told me what to expect upfront. There was no surprises. My MRI took an hour which I expected. Dr. Snyder asked me if tomorrow was soon enough to get my results over to Dr. Curtis's office. I think he forgot about Thanksgiving . Very warm feeling and atmosphere I love this office. Incompetent, rude MRI Tech, Hector! After waiting an hour after scheduled appointment, my 81 year old Father was treated rudely and disrespectfully & ordered to get out of wheelchair and on MRI TABLE FACE DOWN with his face in a pillow without any assistance and almost falling!! All for anterior view of foot!!! After 90 mins and repositioning three times he still could not get the view!! Assistance of another tech, Taylor, was given, to comfort my Father and diffuse the situation...she was wonderful and did her best. However, this was beyond stressful and traumatizing for both my Father and myself !! I'm appalled at the lack of care and professionalism and competence! DO NOT PUT YOURSELF OR YOUR PARENTS THROUGH THIS! Go elsewhere!!! This place is a disgrace! All the front office girls did their best to calm the situation ... but other than giving me their managers number there was nothing they could do! I was scheduled for an MRI on Tuesday, I got a confirmation call on Monday night to confirm the MRI. When I arrived on Tuesday was told they couldn't do arthrogram MRI at the Sunset location and put me on schedule for an arthrogram at the Washington location the following day. I go to the Washington location the next day for my appointment and was also told that they do not do arthrogram at this location either and couldn't get me in until two weeks. Whoever does the scheduling have no clue what they are doing and don't value people time. Won't be using or recommending this place to anyone. read more

Covid precautions do not exist. I was told no mask in MRI-I brought my own and insisted on wearing it. Sheet on MRI table wrinkled and obviously used and not replaced. Took 11 days and 5 phone calls to get MRI report-on hold 10-15 minutes with each phone call-report was not mine-wrong Doctor and wrong diagnoses-report basically said I was cured from a 32 year old injury!! The films were of poor quality-have to be done again-NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN read more

Had my first Mammogram here so yes I was very nervous. Upon checking in I was greeted with a friendly face. As I was taken back to my room I was reassured that everything was going to be OK and not to be nervous. I have worked in the medical profession before and sometimes a little bit of compassion and understanding goes a long way. During the mammogram the technician was very informative and compassionate. Her demeanor was very personable and she really makes the client feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone especially first timers. read more

This was my first time ever having a MRI, there were two ladies at the frond desk - both of them very nice and polite, smiling the whole time. Lana took over after that, she made my experience as carefree as possible. She was extremely professional and friendly at the same time. Last year I had to come back to the Summerlin location twice because the tech didn't do an MRI of the two body parts my doc ordered....God knows I loved getting put into that machine unnecessarily that second time...Still, so film could be compared, I made my yearly MRI appt for 2018 weeks ago. Yesterday, I get a call asking to reschedule. I mentioned I travel for work so that may be tricky and this is exactly why I made my appt weeks ago. I was told "Ok. We will call you back today if we have to change it." No call came. Today, hrs before my appt, I get another call. This time they said that their machine started acting up today. Seems they can't get their story straight. (They did offer an appointment today at a location across town. Obviously I wanted to go to location closest to me and I had no time to make it across town to that other location.) This place has excuse after excuse and nothing runs efficiently. Machines or people. There are so many places you can go for an MRI in Vegas. Don't go here. read more

I went to this location for a mammogram, chest x-ray and ultrasound for my thyroid. Both Dana and Amanda, the techs, were amazing and thoughtful. Their front desk help is also very helpful and kind. I had forgotten my requisition and they tried helping me without sending me away. Even though I ended up having to reschedule, everyone remembered me the next time I came in and was just super friendly and seemed to care about my experience. read more
