PERFECT ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Simon plumbing got here on time and was patient! He listened to all of my requests and then got to work. I called for a water service leak that turned out to be much more work than expected. One thing led to another and Simon ended up cutting through sheet rock and the cement wall to locate the service pipe that had rotted and was about to leak! The best part, Simon suggested making the repair that saved me a lot of money and, avoided a water leak in my wall. I suggested a quick fix but Simon was right. Simon's Plumbing is an extraordinary plumbing service. A leak detection company was at my house to locate the buried clean out values in the front of the house. The camera wouldn't go through the Stand pipe vent on the roof. Simon arrived to help. He opened a small 2-inch clean out vent attached to the stand pipe and noticed a 3/4-inch PVC pipe inside and intersecting the cleanout line. Simon worked on various ideas to remove the PVC pipe. After about 5 hours he devised a way to "fish" out the PVC pipe without damage the concreate wall or other pipes in the house. Simon was able to remove thru the roof vent the 28-inch 3/4 -inch PVC. See the attached picture. Simon was very patient and tenacious to this unexcepted challenge. Nothing stops him from a challenging plumbing problem. Simply the best! Simon came out within about 20 minutes of my speaking to him to check on what I thought was a leak. It turned out there wasn't a leak, but he didn't leave until he discovered the problem. It was pool-related, completely not his job, yet he spent the time and effort needed to determine the problem so I could follow up on repair. Outstanding service and value! Our shower handle broke off and we were unable to turn off the shower water without turning off the water to the entire house.
