The repair has held up to this day and when we ended service with him his true colors came out, he said he would need to recoup money from the person that sold him our account then sent us an exorbitant bill with irrelevant fees and said it was due upon receipt. We looked into the bill and instead of just a 1 month service bill at $135 he added in fees to create a bill for $470. He said that he cleaned two filters in the span of 1 month and those filters for some reason "do not need prior approval to change", what kind of policy is that? So if I average that out to two additional filters a month at $130 a piece he's saying that he doesn't need prior approval for adding on $3,120 ANNUALLY ON TOP OF YOUR REGULAR $135/MONTH BILL? Get real dude. He also claimed that we owed him money for work our pool guy did, which when we circled back with our old pool guy he informed us this was false. When we asked him about this bill and what the extra charges were for he claimed he had done a bunch of extra work to our pool that month, he did not. He did a bunch of standard work necessary to keep the pool in regular condition and when he found out we were closing the account out he then said those items cost money on the bill, but nothing was ever discussed about being charged for, he literally added a bunch of items just to try to rip me off further because he did not get the "$2500 job" that took another pool guy $250 and 30 minutes, now our regular pool guy. When we let him know that he never asked us if he could even perform any extra work let alone send us pricing he threatened to file a mechanics lien. We let him know this is inappropriate and also highly unlikely but he's adamant that he's going to do it, things have gotten so bad with his aggressive demands and now additional irrelevant late fees even though we have let him know we will pay him upon receiving a bill for our monthly due that I have had to let him know any additional correspondence will now result in me trying to file a restraining order against him and he does not care as he keeps emailing and reaching out to me sending me the same bill now with new late fees tacked on, this man is sick in the head and unwell. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ILL INTENTED SICK MAN, I WILL GLADLY DEAL WITH A MECHANICS LIEN TO MAKE SURE LOSERS LIKE THIS DONT RIP PEOPLE OFF IN THE FUTURE. Brent, this is your fair warning here, if you maliciously file a mechanics lien against me I'm coming after you for damages and they will be substantial, I don't play these games and if you want to learn the hard way go ahead and try. Even after I asked him multiple times to stop emailing me like a child he responds "you stop emailing me" see attached photos. He came out to take a look and suggested I drain it and start over cuz we have no idea when the last time it was drained. Now kris comes on a weekly basis to clean and maintain it and make sure the chlorine level and all the other stuff in it is within the proper range.
