I haven't had my luck with a couple of girls but now switching techs it's been a better experience.

I was attracted to Simplicity because of the cheap price. BIG MISTAKE. Simplicity was kind and helpful until I had committed to a two-year contract, but after that the customer service was THE WORSE I have ever experienced. Wait times on the phones would be 15-20 minutes on average. Representatives were unhelpful. Management was always "in a meeting" and wouldn't return my calls for up to two months. If having sucky customer service was the only problem, i could have gotten over it for the price... but no. Quality was also terrible. For five months i had a tech that would skip areas or go over everything so quickly i didn't see any results. I went through three techs until i found one who was actually good at what she did. This terrible service would have been okay if i could have stayed with this tech with no further problems, but because of a simple booking error I drove six hours to an appointment, only to have it canceled a half hour before it started. I had received two reminder calls and two reminder emails about this appointment, but they couldn't see that they had made a mistake in booking my appointment. I was told I would receive a call from management to reschedule and offer some sort of compensation for my time and gas money, but no one called. When I called the corporate office a few days later I was unable to speak to a manager (shocker) and was told one would call. They didnt. I called in for a month, and sent weekly emails requesting a manager to call me back and no one ever did. By the time I finally got to speak to a manager (Chanelle) she was super rude and acted like it was my fault for driving to my appointment. She offered to tack on a single month at the end of my two year contract. Really? I may have been happy with this offer if I wasn't now two months behind my treatment plan, two months that I had been paying for! When I asked for something better she said she would ask someone and call me back. She didn't. It took another two weeks of calling and asking for her to get Chanelle to call me back. To make a long story short, she finally said Simplicity laser didnt need my business and wasn't a good fit for me. She canceled my account, and offered to refund one month payment. By this point I had been paying for two months just to hear back from her, and hadn't received treatment for three months. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and treat you with disrespect, if you can even get ahold of a manager. read more

Do not go there!!! It is a rip off! Do not buy a Groupon!! They purposely uses the lowest setting of the laser for you to keep going and that doesn't do anything to remove your hair. I am not impressed with their service or their results. I have hirsutism in my chin which is extremely embarrassing (I have to shave my face every day), so I was thrilled to find their Groupon deal which was something I could afford. I am a redhead but was told their laser works on all hair types and hair colors. Yay! So I booked an appointment- which was very difficult because they never have any open appointment slots (I don't know my work schedule more than about 4-6 weeks in advance, and this place is booked out even further than that), and struggled to book more appointments every month. After 8 monthly sessions of their laser treatments and using their creams/gels they sold me ("to improve results"), I have seen absolutely zero change in my facial hair. I am still angry about it every month when I see the payment come out of my bank account, but I am no longer able to even schedule appointments because of my work schedule. This place is super clean. But I often feel rushed and I feel that it is hard to make an appointment because they have so many clients. The technicians are nice, but some do a better job (ie some will do a bigger area and are more thorough while others are not). read more

Horrible customer service and the technicians do not know what they are doing. I have now been VISIBLY burned twice by the laser. I was more forgiving the first time when the burns were on my legs. I got those 3 months ago, and they are still visible. However, the second time, I got the burns on my FACE. I tried to get ahold of the manager 4 times after I got burned. No response at all from her, even to check to see if I was okay. Also, if you ever have to reschedule an appointment, good luck getting something any earlier than a month out. You cannot trust them that the technicians know what they are doing, or that they are reliable for such an expensive and dangerous treatment. read more

Would not recommend. I signed up for a membership here with the promise of receiving a free month of membership, which I never received. I called several times, emailed, and asked about it at the time of my appointment. No response. I also called them to say that I referred a friend, which also promised a free month of membership, after I realized I was never getting the first free month. I never received a response on that either. I was also frustrated when their laser broke down so they had to cancel my appointment, and the next appointment available was WEEKS later, throwing off my membership schedule. It is impossible to reschedule and if you are less than ten minutes late, they will not complete your treatment. In my opinion, save your money. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had while getting a service done. Let me just start this off by saying this for the people in the back. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. There is a reason they offer these too good to be true deals. I fell for their crap, but hopefully after reading this you run in the other direction and don't make my mistake. Ok so now my experience I went in to get a Brazilian front to back I want it all gone was the idea... well I get to the back room already uncomfortable of course and the tech has me sit up right in a chair..... sitting in a chair to get my whole business ...... can you shave your business if you are sitting up in a chair ? NO! So please tell me how I was going to get the back end ..... well needless to say the "technician" didn't. I barely got my bikini line let alone everything. They canceled my membership after lots of phone calls but I never did get my money back that I put down more did I return. read more

I have been twice on a 6-week treatment package. I researched laser hair removal ahead of time, consulting people who had had it done in various states, places. Everyone said it took 4 treatments for most of it to be gone, 6 to be completely thorough. Simplicity keeps telling me I need to buy 12-15 treatments. Either they are trying to oversell me or their laser equipment is low-grade. I am greatly concerned about this. Having said that, my first treatment did not seem thorough and it didn't hurt at all. The clinician seemed bored and in a hurry to get done. My second treatment, however, I had a more respectful and thorough clinician. This time there was some pain, albeit short and brief, but I'm hoping that means she did a better job than the first gal. Mixed feelings at this point so I'm giving it a conservative 2 stars for now. read more

If you are unwilling to read this whole review, just take it from one customer that's been going here for almost a year; This is not the place you want to go for laser hair removal! For more detail, keep reading: I've had 6 treatments at this location, and have observed a number of negative aspects about this service that everyone should be aware of. First of all, I must say those that preformed my treatments were friendly and professional. I have no complaints with how I was treating while receiving treatments. However, my results, perhaps different than others, have been very unnoticeable over the course of 10 months. I really get the sense that they want to milk you for these treatments as long as possible (while giving you silly reasons why they "gradually turn up your settings"); my first 3 treatments were on a, noticeably, low setting. Didn't feel much, other than air. I saw absolutely 0 results. After complaining, they turned it up and I could feel it actually happening which gave me a perspective on what to compare to my first visits. After my 3rd session; and after about a month, hair grew back very similar as before I started treatments. Keeping that in mind, they set you up on a monthly payment plan, but only schedule you between 5-7 weeks apart. I may be wrong on this, but I feel like they will push you out as far as you're willing to schedule. This isn't a good thing for your payments vs. treatments. If you schedule out too long, you are paying much more than a "once-per-month" session. In three months you could be paying 3 payments for only 2 sessions etc. Between those two issues; it seems to be in the category of a scam. Of course their services work for many...but not much for me. Just know, it may take a long time; and you will pay for it! Lastly, they must push their staff (maybe pay commission) to up-sell their clients to extend and add other areas for a discounted price, etc. That's fine, but I had an experience where an offer was given, and taken away; not once, but twice! It was as if they decided, behind closed doors, "if they are willing to pay that, than we can take away our offer and tell them it's now more...sorry!" It was a very shady way to try charge more for an already given commitment. By their own admission, there is a real disconnect with how their corporate offices communicate with their stores & staff. After the last re-neg, we got the classic, and stereotypical customers service response of, "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do!" They really couldn't put off a more obvious vibe of, "I couldn't care less." After that, we are done. At this point ,my wife and going to find somewhere else. Thanks for ruining my Valentine's present for my wife! Through Groupon I bought a laser hair removal package for my wife. Before I gave the gift to my wife I called Simplicity @ 800-559-9138 to ensure I could gift this to my wife as she has been there before. I was assured this was not an issue and proceeded to make an appointment for her. Fast forward a few weeks... When my wife arrived for her appointment they stated they would not honor my purchase. Their 'Fine Print' never disclosed this deal was for new customers only. In Fact, the fine ladies at simplicity cannot show where this stipulation is stated. Once they couldn't show this, they changed their story to the fine print stating "Limit 1 per person" because she bought a deal over a year ago through Groupon. Again, I bought this gift and gifted it to her through Groupon.... Once again the fine ladies couldn't explain this nor show where it states I can't gift it to a current customer, but they had no problem refusing her service and not accepting the Groupon deal. So now I'm out money and a valentines present and my wife wasted 2 hours of leave from work. Good job Simplicity, you should feel proud! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. BUYER BEWARE!
