I must say , while located as a stand alone within a shopping plaza, you are transported to 'somewhere ' beach town in Italy . The menu , service , decor , and even authentic Italian accents of our server added to the great flavor of the foods and equally as important the crisp refreshing taste of the Rose'. Which by the way is sourced by the owner from Provence France . We ordered the Pollette Capresi , Cesar salad, and the Casereccio Piadina. The food here was AMAZING!! I have a friend who studied abroad in Italy, and she said this has been the best Italian food shes had since she was in Italy! There's no place like this, the restaurant is beautiful, all of the servers are from Italy, and all of the food is superb! The pizza was amazing, the anacapri pizza has prosciutto, and that was the best prosciutto I've ever had!! The manager, Bernadette, was the nicest, and most helpful person, the staff is really great they are all just so welcoming and friendly. Do not walk, run to this place! This place has been open about two weeks. The friendliness of the staff was worth waiting for a table. We waited much less time than expected. I felt like the host and owner, Benito was treating us like family welcoming us into his home for dinner. Antonio who was warm and welcoming was our server and everything was brought to us freshly made and delicious. We had insalata di capri and burrata. We were craving a good fresh salad amd a light meal. This has exceeded our expectations.. yummy and delicious. Thank Goodness! Antonio and Josephine were amazing hosts. The food is delicious!! From the appetizer to the dinner and desert! We had the house tri- Mozzarella platter appetizer simply scrumptious. Then the shrimp scampi with rainbow carrots and broccolini. As well.as the Filet Mignon with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection!! Amazing food and service. I called the place at around 9:15pm as we were leaving Mickey Mouse - and spoke with Josephine - to see if they can still host us. It was me my wife and 3 kids. She let us know that it will be a Disney staff get together, but as long as we arrived and ordered by 10pm - we would be good. The waiter was fantastic. The kids loved their kids menu ($15 which includes dessert)- as you would expect the pasta was fantastic! Great drinks and the outdoor seating was fantastic! We went on a Friday night around 9:30pm and sat at the bar. The staff were very friendly and an overwhelming majority of them are actually Italian. It's my understanding through independent research that this restaurant is deeply rooted from the Italy Pavilion at EPCOT. I had the Margherita Pizza and thought it was wonderful. It was very heavy on the sauce, which I loved, but I would recommend that you plan on eating it all at one sitting as it's not the type of pizza that will heat up well at home. My significant other had the Caccavella Caprese (pasta) and thought it was phenomenal. It came with a small plate of about 5 piece of focaccia bread, which was some of the best bread I've ever tried. The food came out very fast (we did go after the dinner rush), it was very hot, and it was clear that everything was made fresh in-store and not frozen. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we'll be back without a doubt. My one warning is the prices were reasonable for the high quality of the food, but not cheap. So if you're on a budget this may not be the place for you. read more

Flamingo Crossing is in Mouse Territory, and the very pretty (inside and out) Simply Capri feels a little thematic. That's not a knock, just an observation. The atmosphere is very nice. Tourists staying in the area, we had a craving for Italian and a little Yelp research led us here. Thoroughly Enjoyed: Service: Most of the staff are exemplary servers, efficient and personable. The manager is wonderful. Food: Caesar salad, the bread, spaghetti con polpette. I cannot say enough good things about the dessert cannolo. Don't think - just get it. Beverages: A small but good wine list, craft cocktails. Enjoyed Less: Linguine Alle Vongole Veraci - It was not a bad dish. It was serviceable, but not memorable. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the clams were impeccably clean, but overall the dish was under seasoned. It lacked body or any distinctive flavor. Letting the sauce reduce a bit and a  squeeze of lemon would have done wonders. Overall, though, we loved dining here and would recommend it. Cost for 2 entrees, one salad, one dessert, coffee and drinks (without tip) around $125. read more

The service was extra and the ambience was nice.I have been in the business for 30 years now and the reason I didn't give them five stars was the price of cost compared to what they charge. I get it. They probably pay a high rent there if they don't own, plus there's twice as much staff as they need so I understand where their cost is coming from. Came here with the hubby on a Saturday night, not sure if there would be seating for us and we lucked out with a table! This place is very popular so I'm glad we called ahead. Our server, Jonathan, was very kind and attentive. The menu is seafood based, which I surprisingly didn't check before we went there. I was really in the mood for pasta but they all come with shellfish (clams/mussels) which I don't really enjoy, and they don't do substitutions. I ended up getting the Branzino (which was excellent) and my husband got a special item that I think was clams and mussels in a broth. His portion was kind of small while mine was larger so we shared. The food, while excellent, was pretty expensive. The patio looked lovely so I think we will return for a happy hour with appetizers or a pizza. read more

The service was awesome and the food was fresh, clean and very far from the Olive Garden type Italian vibe. The kids menu has a $15 for a salad, entree and ice cream. The salad and ice cream were fantastic. Not much I can say about chicken tenders and pepperoni pizza. Those taste as well as you can imagine them to taste. Kids salad is in the picture.
