Based on previous experiences, I expected knowledgeable help being measured and fitted. Instead the young lady helping me seemed to be unsure how to help. I brought in my current bras (all purchased at Belle Lacette) to see if I could get the same or similar in a correct size. These were all full coverage, everyday types of bras. First - no measurements, or even an offer to measure me. She wasn't able to find the bra I wanted - not her fault I they're no longer carried. She brought me some alternatives. One worked, but the others were wrong shape, wrong size. It I was there to try things on, so I was willing to try on more. She brought back a skimpy, lingerie type bra. Nothing at all like what I showed her. No coverage - this was an assembly of straps and minimal cups. It was pretty but so far out of the ballpark from the examples I brought in. I had to call it quits. She wasn't able to help. Maybe she's never been trained? I come here for the service, but now I'll just order a few sizes from another source on line and try on at home. Such a disappointing experience.

I was a first time customer and it was not even mentioned that there is no refund for returns should they not work out. They should be very up front with that information. It is the responsibility of the shop to INFORM VERBALLY to new customers about an extremely different return policies that are nowhere near the same in other businesses selling the same products. I was appalled and disgusted that I couldn't return them for a refund when I had never worn them and came back a week after purchase-soonest I could get there considering their store hours and I work a full time job. This is absolutely the "pink tax" or "women tax." To say no return whatsoever is unacceptable in business today and honestly now I have a store credit I will not use and I will not refer this business to anyone. I have lost nearly $200, so to me, this is theft by the business considering I won't be able to find a bra that fits my body type in that shop. Store credit is useless when it won't get used and to say it never expires well, what if the business closes? Then the store credit is absolutely useless. I had hoped to find good customer service at a local business, but turns out that is not the case.

The prices in my opinion were ridiculously high except for the $10 clearance rack by the front entrance. Even at that, many shirts I found stained, logos cracking/fading, with holes, or paint marks and overall just not in great condition for the cost! Additionally, they do have some pants, jackets and hoodies as well. Employees never welcomed us in. Too busy eating sandwiches. Find it very unprofessional to eat your food on the floor and at the registers counter to boot! They buy daily for vintage. You'll receive cash or credit. Generally, you will get more in store credit than in cash. Currently, they're accepting winter items and are being very "picky" ( as the two employees told me) about t-shirts. Odd since that's mainly what they carry & with that Tik Tok craze you'd think they would have needed a heck of a lot more merchandise unless it didn't fair well? Yet, again it's a small space with not a lot to offer, so wondering if they have things in storage and they rotate often or seasonally? Doubtful this will be a place I'd return. Think you can get more money by selling your goods on-line thru numerous apps. Or, going to a thrift store and finding vintage gems!

I ended up getting my boyfriend a shirt and we got some Pink Stuff paste to use the most of the cash only to find it wasn't eligible for coupons so we basically paid for that in full (bummer). That's the one downfall of Kohl's is not really having an easy way to know what counts and what's going to come up as excluded since things aren't all easily marked. The last item I always notice is the low stock or no stock of certain sizes or how quickly the seasons change in certain areas. For example I wanted sleeveless work shirts and couldn't find any 9 west or Vera options. I'm glad I came here to see what they had today.

They let me know each piece is very unique and they only get in 6 of each item, they're the only one in the valley. I tried on quite a few things and ended up getting a beautiful linen like dress. It was so soft. They also have a generous clearance and sale section.
