The sudden cloud of dust covered the front of my freshly washed car, undoing all the work I had just put in. I hadn't even started vacuuming yet, and the staff didn't seem interested in addressing the situation beyond repeating their closing script. It was disappointing because in the past, arriving shortly before closing was never an issue, and the vacuums stayed on long enough to finish the job. This time, the experience felt rushed and dismissive, which isn't what I expect from a place I visit regularly. They actively made my car dirtier, and now I have to carve out more time on a different day to finish what should've been a simple wash.

I am glad I tried this place; I have been coming here ever since. I get the $14 wash, and it does a good job. They also have two staff members hand-dry your car after the wash. The vacuums are strong, and the staff are not strict about time limits. Just be mindful of others if there is a line. Enjoy washing your car!

An employee told me the job was almost complete, the only thing left was the windows. "Almost complete" ended up being nearly one hour later. I am an elderly man with certain health conditions. The high temperature that afternoon was 90 degrees. The waiting area is outdoors, not the best place for me on a very hot day with a very long wait for completion. I was not provided with any progress updates. I was not informed of any delays. If the employees had provided me with an accurate estimate of the duration of the job, I would not have waited at the carwash. I would have grabbed an Uber home and waited to be called when the job was completed. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated.

Today was the last straw. Came in for the $49.99 bucket wash, got quoted $59.99 -- turns out they tried charging my sedan at SUV pricing. When I called it out, instead of correcting it, the guy pivoted to pitching a wax coating add-on. Then came the mat upsell -- pushed hard on paying extra to "wash" my mats, when vacuuming already comes standard and is all silicone mats actually need. I shouldn't have to fight for a fair price every single time I come in. Between the constant upcharges and deflection tactics, it's clear this is standard practice here, not a one-off mistake.
