Marc did such a great job detailing my car! It hasn't been this clean and shiny since it was brand new off the lot! Marc was efficient, professional, and really took the extra care on small details like the inner door linings and in all the small crevices within the vehicle. The steam cleaning on the carpets was amazing for getting out the stains that had been there for many many years and Marc also conditioned the leather really nicely. The interior is squeaky clean and I couldn't believe how different Marc's detailing made my car look. I was especially thankful for the amount of work that went into getting all the dog hair that was embedded in the carpet out as I had tried many times myself to do this and completely failed. I purchased a vehicle that someone had smoked in and the smell was horrible. There really is no way of completely get rid of smoke in a car. However, I made a morning appointment with Mark for 9am, he was on time, I left the keys in the car while I went up to work. He set everything up, and began to go to work. I went out between clients, he was working so hard on shampooing everything inside, even the headliner. In a few hours I went out, and my car looked amazing inside and the smell...gone. I know it can always return, as smoke takes a few good cleanings to get it gone, but I seriously couldn't smell anything. I came out at the end of my work day, and I had only ask for inside detailing, and without saying anything, he cleaned my outside, it was a pleasant surprise. My first time trying mobile detailing, and it was a treat. Our 2008 dearly needed work both inside and out. The 2013 was already OK on the outside, but the inside looked as if I drove it always after digging ditches. Both now look pristine, in and out. The many white marks on the 2008's right guard rail are all gone. The bumpers glisten. The interiors look showroom ready. The only things that beat Marc's tools were the expensive plastic carpet guards. They were discolored and still are, but I like looking at the clean carpets so the guards are in storage for now. This was done in water scarce San Diego and whatever the technology, it is super with trivial runoff, and reasonably quiet. Marc takes the time needed for a great job. We're happy. read more

It was a very hot day, but he took his time and did the work properly. I've had my vehicles cleaned and waxed for many years and this was the most meticulous and best job I've ever had.
