Ever Clean was the fastest to respond, and turned out to also be the most reasonable quote. Jonathan set an appointment & then was punctual, thorough, tidy, & professional. He removed every single leaf & trace of debris that he cleared out, texted me before & after pics and also recommended solar panel cleaning. That first impeccable experience with him sold me on being a regular client. Fast forward to this week. This will be the 5th year that Jonathan has cleaned my gutters & solar panels. Like clockwork, every year he texts me a reminder when it's time for my annual cleaning. I really appreciate being able to rely on him to remind me! I also appreciate that Jonathan remembers important specific details that I only had to tell him the very first time I scheduled with him. He knows that my tenant lives in the back, so he'll start early but only on the front if the house. He always makes sure my tenant can have his normal, quiet morning. Jonathan is so reliable that I have been a loyal client - but have never even met him in person. His detailed texts & pictures, and feedback from my non morning person tenant are all I need to know that he is a top notch professional. For all these reasons, I highly recommend!

Super nice explained the process and got to work on our dirty panels. The pricing is very fair. I've had other people who did not do as good of a job charge a lot more. I definitely will be using this company again and would recommend asking for Paul to do the cleaning .

Today I got a text message before my scheduled time letting me know that Ervin O. was on his way and would be arriving shortly. Ervin explained the process to me, got to work and knocked out 32 panels in an hour. He sent me before and after pictures when he finished and payment was super quick via Venmo. I received a completed job status receipt with payment confirmation text from Jess and Ervin was on his way. I spoke with Jess, the owner, he said he would reach back out when the new part was available and they would complete the agreed upon work. It's been 3 weeks and communication from the company, so I called Jess, no answer, texted and still haven't heard from them. Apparently I'm not that important of a customer.
