Edited due to owners lack of integrity and response: Reached out to Andrea during regular business hours on both July 13 and 14th with NO RESPONSE. Called Joey at 12:17pm on July 14th with no response so text to him early evening on 7/14 once again no response UNTIL this morning AFTER my Yelp review went up. He stated he spoke to Andrea and she never got any texts/communication from me. I sent him my text messages to her during regular working hours and then he back peddled saying she was busy on a family vacation so didn't respond. Interesting within minutes the conversation went from we have no communication from you to she was busy. I do not give bad reviews unless warranted and have given far more 5 star reviews than 1 star reviews on Yelp. I felt Joey changes his story one too many times for me to trust doing business with. I reached out to Andy's Gutter last night via email at 9pm not expecting to hear back till next day. I was scheduled for a 7am estimate but 20mins before expected arrival, I was notified that the estimator had the wrong location, when I provided my exact address before scheduling, and was told the traffic was too bad for him to make it for the appointment and that they needed to reschedule. Andrea was suppose to check on their calendar to rebook my appointment but never contacted me back for rescheduling. That's already a bad sign in my book when you can't enter my exact address into gps and when your asked to be rescheduled but never was recontacted after checking the calendar. Replying to Joey's comment below. I had no time constraint. Andrea and I scheduled for a 7am appointment but as mentioned above 20mins before that I was contacted to reschedule because estimator entered the wrong address I provided. If Andrea was off yesterday why was she texting with me about rescheduling. And of course I'll give 1 star when the company can't commit to a specific time appointment when I gave the exact address prior to scheduling. Only after my post did Andrea reach out that the next available appointment was 2 weeks out which is way too long to get an estimate.
