Ryen and her team are great! After looking at the photos we sent before our consultation, she said it best: "you have a stuff problem." Yeah, we do. I would be more than happy to update this review. I paid $350 for 4 hours of organizing. Most was already in its place. Had i known where this was all going,(or never going) i easily could have organized things myself. Long story short, So far I have had a hard time communicating with this company. I understand staff will be out for whatever reasons however as a consumer i do not have access to that information, leaving me in the dark about the status of my project. I continously reached out to them. I was never called, despite paying their deposit as the contracted stated. If not paid after 2 days there are more charges...i cant get a call or email or text back? I had to seek them. Message me if you wish to see the text threads. I will also be updating the neighbors who requested their information. Chelsea was awesome,she hooked me since day 1, Lindsay was kind and patient, Ryen seems like she would be flexible to work with. I dont think i caught her in a good mood when i reached out to her for an update.in fact, she made me feel like i was an inconvenience instead of a customer. I reached out 1 last time and no call back. Im now set up to get what i need from the container store. I spoke to a designer and now have a date set up for installation. All in less than 4 hours.They will install the elfa system for a very small fraction of the price in comparison. I had high hopes for this company, as i prefer to support small businesses.
