First off, incredible ice cream! It's so creamy and flavorful. I got butter pecan which was loaded with pecans and perfectly buttery, a little salty to balance the sweetness. Top tier ice cream for sure! Oh and the portion sizes are giant! I got a regular cone and it felt like well over half a pint of ice cream. The store is itself is super cute, loved all the cow paintings. The girls at the counter immediately greeted us and were cheerful and knowledgeable about the flavors. There's a short educational video about the farm that plays on a loop on the tv, which was really cool. In the retail space, they have lots of fresh dairy from the farm including butter, buttermilk, heavy cream, half & half, milk, pints of ice cream, and probably more that I'm forgetting. Got the flight of 6 flavors & this is the first time I've seen that in an ice cream shop. The ice cream is from Jersey cows & the casin's are different and allow many lactose intolerant people the chance to enjoy ice cream. The watermelon sorbet was very good & the apple dapple as well. Concerning behavior from the staff. One lady was ordering for herself and kids. The staff walked away during the order and started helping someone who just walked in. Not a mistake because then another young man jumps in to help finish the order, so he clearly recognized she wasn't finished ordering despite the other young lady walking away. The other people walked straight to the register while someone else was actually standing in line behind the family. There are no "thank you's", "have a good day" or anything from this staff. Staff Frankly seems annoyed with the fact that you walked in asking for ice cream. Staff with minimal to no customer service will ruin this place. read more

What a fun place to get nice cream! When you first walk in, it smells like the ice cream which is amazing. While waiting in line, you can take a look at their assortment of gifts and candies, along with their other dairy products. The list of ice cream flavors is HUGE so it's a good thing they give free samples. I tried the key lime pie, cookies and creme, and the s'moores. I wasn't a fan of the big milky taste in the key lime pie but the other two were good. I do wish the flavors had been a bit bolder, but I feel like you tend to get more of the creamy taste in natural ice cream (which I will take over the processed stuff any day). Each flavor was so tasty. We were so excited to try this shop out as we were visiting from out of state and love to try new places. The shop was clean and decorated with cute cow photos. I also liked how the TV was showing how the ice cream was made. I took once star off as the staff seemed annoyed that we came in 30 minutes before closing. Such a wonderful spot! We love going to the Simply Natural Creamery in Ayden so we were so happy when one opened closer to home. The inside is decorated very similar to the original, which I loved. They have many, many flavors to choose from along with fun toppings! They also sell ice cream in pints and gallons to take home. I had peaches n cream ice cream in a waffle cone and the cone was so fresh and the ice cream was amazing! My husband had butter pecan, which is so delicious as well!
