They're also frequently out of items we already ordered. Most recently, they told me they were out of everything bagels--even as I pointed out an everything bagel sitting there. Today was the last straw. I waited in line for about five minutes without a single order being taken. The guy ahead of me and I both eventually walked out. The shop was mostly people standing around waiting for food, with barely anyone actually eating. The food may be worth a short wait, but not this level of unpredictability.

It's a literal hole in a wall but there is some seating so you can enjoy your meal. Ordered the classic lox on a sesame bagel and it was very good but the standout was definitely the bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and chili oil (ask for the chili oil on the side cause it can get messy).
