I used to go to this salon all the time when I worked closer . I work and live in the same town that is about 25 min from here, I went to 3 different nail salons in my area and just got fed up. The nails would lift, peel, break last only 1 week, well I was sick of it. I went back to Simply perfect and Lee and Bob are amazing, . Nice gel mani and regular pedi! Pedi was $27, gel mani was $26. They use OPI or shellac brands. Those prices are pretty standard in MA, so as a CA native that is pretty expensive but normal here. I've been going to Simply Perfect Nails for the last 5 years and I have recommended this place to all of my friends who in turn do the same for their friends. This place is clean, open every day (unless otherwise stated) and they do a flawless job. Lee always does and amazing job with acrylic and Bob is a master with Gel. They also do a very good job in mani, pedis, and waxing. They are very friendly and they know their clients by name, when I call to make an appointment they know me by my voice. They do such a great job I typically go 3 weeks & some times 4 between fills with NO breaks vs before when every 2 weeks was needed and always a break or two. They really are the best place in the area! I have gotten my nails done elsewhere multiple times and regret it every time. I now will only ever get my nails done here. This place has always been great and has always treated me well. They smile a lot I never get any frowns or unhappy faces! I have never encountered a rude or impolite worker. Most importantly, they always do a great job on my nails. I mainly come in for pedicures only since I do my own manicures. They exfoliate, massage and lotion me up - the usual! I've never had an issue with the way my nails come out and they are always checking to see if I like it or how i want it. I appreciate their service and definitely recommend them :)! read more

The place I was going to in Brighton I never had this issue but since I live in Framingham i needed a closer salon.. My favorite nail salon ever!! I've been going since senior year of HS after a friend recommended. The price is the best around, and after comparing, better quality than others too. The owners are very nice, although sometimes a little hard to understand. The longer a customer you are, the more welcome you feel! They seem to cherish regulars! She (Lee) knows it's me when I call! Don't go crazy from a couple bad reviews from this place. It's easy to remember cash for a place that is the best around. (They don't accept tips on a card). That's a first world problem. I absolutely love it here!! I moved to Framingham late August and going to a new nail salon is very nerve racking to me especially new towns. So I went anyway because I really did need them done! Anyway, this is my third time going I get a fill every 3 weeks or so and from that, they know my name, they know exactly the same color I got last time, and they take anyone without appointments, and plus they ask about my mom and how she's doing every time even though my mothers been there twice. I went on a Sunday and they close at six. I called around 5:45 - 5:50 and they took me! I felt oh so bad but they don't mind at all. They ALL are amazing! Their so funny, kind, and seriously caring. I laugh every time I'm there. They really get to know you as a person and as a customer and there's nothing better than that! Other nail salons could care less and just want their money... Nothing but the absolute best from simply perfect! They make sure everything is perfect before you walk out. They take their time and never rush. I won't be going back to this place. I called in advance to schedule an appointment for a refill. This morning I woke up to find my car covered in snow so obviously needed to clean that off. I called to reschedule the appointment for later today. The woman said I needed to be there in 10 minutes. No way I'd make it so I asked to schedule for later on. (Whatever their next appointment was, I'm not in a hurry). She goes off about not making anymore appointments for me because I keep canceling that she's willing to do a walk in. I'm dumbfounded by that so I asked what she's referring to since I've NEVER canceled before. I've never even rescheduled my nail appointments and she goes on to tell me she doesn't need my business or want it because I always do this but she's willing to do my nails if I walk in. I let her know I'm not interested since I pay for my sister and myself and leave them a tip for each. She's even had a problem if I pay with my debit so that she wants cash for the next time. I've accommodated her cash request because they "prefer cash whenever possible due to card fees". read more

Craziest experience I've ever encountered when getting my nails done. I get them done often and this time I got the same shape as I always do. I get the mountain peak shape thats sharp and pointy. First, it was a gentlemen then he had his wife finish shaping my nails. They didn't get to the shape I wanted they were round instead. I tried to explain it as nicely as possible because I didn't mind. Then once they couldn't get the shape I wanted they were very hostile towards me and even told me my nails were "BIG". They were obviously frustrated that I wasn't content with the shape. When I politely asked them to take them off she told me they would be 30 dollars to take them off. When I went to show my friends the shape she ran over with nail clippers and started to cut the tip down and left the acrylic on my nail. She told me she needed to "teach me a lesson" and that I was "rude". In front of all the customers and my friends she almost chopped one of my real nails off and I had to forcefully pull my nail away and when she reached for my hand again I had to tell her to get away from me. It was so embarrassing and demeaning all i wanted was a mountain peak shape..... never going there again. read more

The workers do a great job, but the owner Lee is very rude if you don't tip with cash. I don't typically carry cash and she asked for cash instead of putting the tip on the card. When I told her I didn't have any cash on me she ripped the receipt out of my hand and walked away without saying a word. I have been going to Simply Perfect for about a year. I get gel nails and they last about 2 1/2 weeks. A husband and wife own and run the business and the wife's parents often help out too. I use to come here a lot but I haven't been in a while because while I live in the same town, it is actually not that close to me. I forgot the things I love about this place: I can usually call the day of and still get in. They don't make me feel bad for asking that unlike another place in town. They don't seem to be talking about the customers. They keep talking in their own language to a minimum and it seems to me it's only when explaining things to each other. I had the older woman and she definitely has healing hands during the massage part. So wonderful. She did a great job with the color I chose for my hands....it was basically a sticky pink (Mod About You, OPI) that seemed like it was difficult to work with, but she did a great job. Bit of a language barrier but I was in the mood to just relax with no small talk so it worked for me. The bottom line is this is a nice place run by very nice people with zero attitude. read more

They do nice work with your nails, but they speak badly about clients in front of other clients. Very, very, unprofessional. They don't get it these are the people that are paying their bills and keeping food on their table. Say they accept all credit cards, but then they will send you to Dunkin Donuts to get cash. They post walkins welcome, but will turn you away, while accepting other customers that have come in without appointments. read more

I absolutely LOVE this salon, I used to work next doors and I would ALWAYS get my nails done there. They do such a great job! I did both gel and acrylics and I loved both of them. The only thing is that their price is a little high but it is absolutely worth it. They are really friendly and they have a big variety of colors and designs. Simply perfect is just that-PERFECT. Regular polish chips on me as does shellac and gel polish. However, their gel nails are THE BEST. I can cook and chop and wash all the vegetables that I want and I can do all the gardening I want. They overall do a good job but there are a few that are just plain rude! 1st time I went with my friend the guy skipped the hot towels on my legs when I got a pedi and my friend had to point it out to him. When she did you could tell he was very upset...2nd time I didn't have cash for a tip so I was about to write it on the receipt, I was rudely asked "you no cash???" I was like "no" and she was like "next time you bring cash" with an ugly face... The 3rd time which will most likely be my last time, the older woman slanted my toenail and filed some of my fingernails to a slant. I asked her to straighten them and she barely did anything so I took the file and started doing it myself , she literally told me no and took the file, told me to wash my hands and when I came back she put lotion on me, skipped my hand massage, got up and had someone else finish the paint!
