When I called to explain my concerns, I was told that it's up to me to inspect their work and then call them back if I see something they missed. To me, that defeats the whole purpose of hiring a pest control company. I expected their technicians, who are supposed to be the experts, to notice pest activity and recommend solutions--not leave it to the customer to figure out what's wrong. Overall, the service was very disappointing and not worth the money.
