First time here and the two male employees, they look like they had a long day and wasn't even smiling. I don't know if they know what they are doing. The ambiance was quiet and pleasant. The food that was prepared, it wasn't like the photo. The ingredients were supposed to be on top of the salad. Still the salad was huge so I had to share with my mother. Other locations would put the main ingredients on top of the salad and not chop up the veggies. First off, I found this lady on IG and she raved about the chicken Caesar salad. I was there two days later. She was absolutely right! When I walked in I was greeted by Emilie, the manager. She had great energy and was so proud of being the manager of this store. I haven't even tasted the food yet and I wanted to come back because of her passion! Ordered on Uber Eats today. Driver said that they were taking on new customers while I was waiting on my order. Also said they had a very bad attitude and were disrespectful towards him. I do not appreciate the fact that we had to wait 30 minutes for a salad. I finally called them and once I got through the broken automated voicemail system they had, the manager told me they were working on it right now. The driver confirmed they were indeed NOT working on it. Then finally the manager came out and made the order in 3 minutes. All together it took them 35 minutes to finish my order which was actually completed in 3 minutes once they started. 32 minutes of unnecessary wait time. Bad attitude, bad customer service. I used to come to this chain when it was downtown. Still reasonably priced. I love the ability to build a salad. Not sure why when ordering in advance, they are obliged to put the dressing on the side even if they haven't started building it until after you arrive. I like the aisan salad with mandarin oranges. Pretty solid rewards program and a good deal for the area. Better than many other salads in that area. I've started making my own. read more

I always come here to grab salads as I work nearby. Today I came and the worker working (on Labor Day) was the most unpleasant worker I've ever encountered there. It was a young ish guy with black hair, he looked and acted like he was being punished at work and hated his job so much he'd rather jump off the bridge than be there.
