The host had organized everything with the staff. The store was kind enough to teach our class after store hours. Thank you staff you rock. They have candy mold, chocolate melts in many colors, cake toppers, an array of cookie cutters. I even bought bulk pretzel sticks. With the clear packaging I could see that the pretzels were in perfect condition none were cracked for the treats that I wanted to make for a Halloween camping event. Because I don't live in this area I made quite the purchase that included the tools to make the cake pops we made in class! The instructor and assistant, Danielle and Vivian were outstanding and patient with our group of ladies. We got to meet Wendy another team member of Pila's and also got to meet the wonder. Great customer service with each of them. I would love to take a look at some of the other classes they offer! I would definitely make the drive. The vibe in this store is awesome, yes I will be back. Oh, and they offer tasty and beautiful candied apples! I forgot to take pics. Trust me they're pretty delicious looking! We got one, but I had forgotten it. But I was told by some of the gals in the group that it was tasty.

She helped us out before and she does so much to ensure my youngest will be safe, since my youngest has severe egg and nut allergies. She recommended some of the fruit flavored soft chew candies, called medallions. They're like gummy candies. I was concerned that they had food coloring the moment I saw the bright colors, but much to my surprise they're all colored naturally, like with elderberry juice, grape juice, turmeric, and annatto extract. Megan was so kind to get some samples of those strawberry and fruit medallions for my youngest to try, and extra for my two older kids to try also. She made it a point to wash her hands and wear gloves and put the medallions on fresh pieces of wax paper to make sure there was no cross contamination at all from the other chocolates to the medallions. She goes above and beyond when it comes to allergy concerns!!! We ended up buying a bag of strawberry medallions and two bags of fruit medallions along with some chocolate for myself and an orange creamsicle pop, which I noticed on the ingredients would be safe for my daughter as well. Megan was also so patient and informative of what's in the chocolates and gave really great recommendations, too. She was so nice to let my two older kids try some samples and even recommended a chocolate I thought I wouldn't like that much, and I ended up really loving it! She knows everything about everything in that store! The store also has premade gift sets that are put together and set up really nicely, along with a huge tower of greeting cards, birthday cards, anniversary cards...really any type of card for any occasion! Everyone that was there was so nice and understanding of how kids can be... My two older kids thought it was fun to spin the tower of cards around when I was focusing on my youngest when she was getting curious with the treats that were displayed, and I quickly stopped my two older kids as soon as I noticed, but not once did any of the employees ever make me feel like we were being a nuisance with the kids. I feel like this is one of the best See's stores I have ever visited in my whole life, and I grew up going into handfuls of them because my mom is a fan of them. This store is clean, the displays are beautifully set up, the staff that I met there that day were really kind, and Megan is absolutely amazing, knowledgable, considerate, thoughtful-just overall the absolute best!!! Honestly, we've tried just about everything they offer, and there hasn't been a single disappointment. At this point, our freezer is stocked exclusively with Brunk's Butchery meat, and we wouldn't have it any other way. I rented 5 tables and 30 chairs for my son's first birthday party. I was impressed by their price,…read more$75 including delivery and pick up. So I booked them. They were pretty responsive via Yelp message and via text. I had to take off some stars though because on the day of delivery, I was told that they would come around late morning to early afternoon. When they haven't showed up around 2 pm, I called and was promised at 3 pm. After 2 other phone calls, to confirm the order, they ended up showing up at 5 pm. Thank goodness it was the day prior to the event so we had time to finish the decor. I was still irked since I had to wait all day just for them to deliver these items while I could have done other errands while waiting. Secondly, when we were setting up the tables and chairs, there were soils in between the chairs that fell out when we were unfolding them and getting them ready. So I'm not sure if these chairs has been wiped thoroughly or even checked before they sent them over to us. The conditions of the tables and chairs were also pretty sad. They were pretty beat with a lot of scuff marks and some chairs were missing the rubber part in the bottom. Lol even when we put our tablecloth over the table, the scuff mark were still visible. (Our tablecloth were yellow), so make sure you get a non see through tablecloth if you book with Kika's party supply. And lastly, for pick up, they were adamant that they could pick up after the event, but when I contacted them, they were behind on orders and asked if I was available the next day. Well, experiencing the delivery time just a day prior, I asked for a 9 am pick up since I really can't be waiting all day again. They came at 9.40 am for the pick up. Overall, great price for tables and chairs if you were to have your event for a park, not a house party. I did appreciate the responsiveness, but they do need to work on being more timely.
