During my initial visit, everything went great. They followed up, answered my calls, and the doctor was amazing and attentive--the service was excellent. However, my experience today was disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM, and I left work early to ensure I arrived on time. Unfortunately, traffic on PCH was heavy, and I arrived at 4:38 PM. As soon as I walked through the door, the front desk staff turned me away, stating that I was late and needed to reschedule. While I understand I wasn't exactly on time, it was only an 8-minute delay. I was in shock that they wouldn't accommodate me, especially since I was only there to receive my son's results, I could have received my results while accounting for the 8-minute delay, especially since the doctor wasn't ready for me--I saw her just finishing up with the previous patient. What made this even more upsetting was that during my first visit, I had to wait to be seen, which I didn't mind, i am assuming their grace period is no later than a minute. Given this experience, I no longer wish to continue with this office if an 8-minute delay is such a strict issue for future appointments. After I text them to just email me my results, I receive a text message stating "sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable". My results were emailed after i sent an email however, this was 200 dollars down the drain. read more

This review is long overdue. I was recommended to see a baby chiro because my newborn, Delilah, had a tongue/lip tie and the pediatric dentist noticed she had a lot of tightness and was favoring turning her head to one side. I found Dr. Cece's practice and am forever grateful. When I met Dr. Cece, she was so kind and asked all the right questions to help us figure out how we could best help Delilah. Delilah had been congested since birth and sounded like a snorty pig 24/7. Dr. Cece said that was an issue we could fix through chiropractic care. It felt amazing to have validation that I'm not crazy and these are issues that we can resolve! Our 3 goals were congestion, acid reflux, and neck movement. Fast forward a few months later, and wow, what a difference. Delilah is moving her neck side to side and has strong control. Her congestion has disappeared, and the reflux is so much better. She also wasn't taking a bottle before. Now, she takes one!! We started taking our older daughter, Violet, here too for constipation issues. Vi had seen a GI dr and they gave her an X-ray & blood draw, but there were no apparent issues. Luckily, Dr. Cece could save the day! When we bring our girls here, it feels like family. Caitlin is so great with all the kiddos and adults. She helps out and plays with the kids when the parents or siblings are getting adjusted, which is so helpful! The care : My family and I have been seeing Dr. Cece for about 3 years now. I was pregnant with my son when my midwife referred me to her. I had been experiencing pain, and honestly I didn't know any better and just assumed aches and pains were just part of pregnancy and I just had to push through. But seeing Dr. Cece changed my pregnancy experience for the best. She really helped me feel better and I started to really enjoy my pregnancy. At the same time she was also seeing my husband and daughter. My husband and I own a restaurant so the strain it puts on our bodies - especially my husbands- is a lot. Once we started seeing her, my husband started feeling better and being able to work better without pain. Fast forward to today, she has now provided care for my second son, she has provided care through my third pregnancy and is now providing care for my newborn son. i love my chiro so much! i came to Dr.Cece in early 2021 after a very traumatic pregnancy, labor and postpartum. i was very weary about going to see a chiro since i was about 2-3 months postpartum. i was struggling getting adjusted to motherhood and to make matters worse i was struggling with tachycardia, vertigo and frequent heart palpitation episodes. When I was recommended to see doctor cece half way through my pregnancy I was a bit worried but I took a leap and went to see her. She was very welcoming and was able to explain throughly what her job was and the process of it. She made me feel comfortable that my worries went away. I saw her due to Excruciating lower back pain and she helped me understand why I was getting this pain. After the adjustment the pain had literally gone away and I was able to sleep through the whole night. I am very thankful to have met this wonderful person that is very passionate about her job. I've had a positive experience here so far. I have had eight sessions, focusing mainly on nervous system and hormonal balance. I am seeing a slight positive change in fight/flight/freeze response and am hoping to see more results as I have more sessions. I was elated to find Simply Well as I was having back pain early on in pregnancy. The first intake appointment was thorough with a deep dive into health history and a few scans. At the first appointment they informed that they do not require patients to wear masks, but of course you can if you want to. At this point it was local recommendation that unvaccinated people wear masks indoors. At my second appointment I asked more about safety precautions because it was the first day that the mask mandate was back in effect, and they still weren't requiring them. I learned that I had been exposed to unvaccinated staff who were NOT wearing masks at my first appoint, and second up until I asked. Once I asked, they offered to put on a mask. The more I reflected on my experience, it felt important to share because given the state of delta being on the rise, I find the lack of masks on unvaccinated people before or after the mask mandate to be irresponsible. Even though they masked up upon asking, had I not asked I would never have known that an unvaccinated mask-less person was servicing me in a healthcare setting. It seems like it should be the default, not the exception if someone asks, especially for an office that works with pregnant people and children. I chose not to return due to personal reasons, as this left me feeling uneasy and too high risk given the circumstances. I didn't even know babies and pregnant women should go to a chiropractor but thank god we found out. I started seeing Dr Cece when I was at the end of my pregnancy. I wish I started sooner but I wasn't aware that there were chiropractors that specialized in adjusting pregnant women. I'm so happy I found her. After the first couple adjustments I stopped getting leg cramps at night which are a typical issue you get forwards the end of pregnancy.
