No one answered the phone after several minutes. Finally, I saw a young man passing by who appeared to be cleaning the store. I asked him if he could get help for the Seafood counter. After several more minutes, another gentleman came out, did not speak and stood there and looked at me as though to say, "What do you want?" I told him what I wanted. He gave me my order and asked me if there was anything else without so much as an apology or a thank you. I will never go back to this store again, as this is not the first time I have had a poor experience at this location. At a time when customers have several shopping choices, Kroger really needs to get it together as a franchise. The Mansfield location is not much better.

I was then kindly greeted by Mannie, Mgr and was connected with Norman; who took it from there and made sure that my needs were taken care of. I was in and out in very little time. Each one of the above individuals mentioned, was very customer focused; kind and went over and above and made me feel like such a part of the Walmart family.
