I discovered Simò because of a Yelp event and now love coming here! The staff are always super friendly and helpful. It's never too packed inside so you can enjoy a nice, quiet meal in a great environment. You order via phone and the pies are consistently made and taste great. True to their branding, your pie comes out fast and hot! The Napoli style, in particular the dough and crust, are pretty darn good considering Simò, especially considering is a small chain! My absolute favorite is the Quattro Formaggi that has four cheeses, including gorgonzola. Simò has a clean and fresh ambiance, the staff are always supper friendly, it's very low fuss and the food is great. Why not try it! read more

After I attended a Yelp Elite event here in the Spring, I bookmarked this place and vowed to return the next time I was craving pizza. I did just that and was just as delighted as I was during my first visit. Simò Pizza's Pesto E Pecorino pizza is divine and I love that it only takes 90 seconds to cook. While waiting for my order to be ready the staff members were kind and the inside was buzzing with laughter and good energy. After attending a Yelp Elite Event here earlier this year, I promised myself I would return on my on time and that I did. I came here recently spending for the Margaurita Pizza and a glass of Rose wine one evening after work. There was no line so I was able to order and be accommodated for immediately. My waitress was sweet; offered me more Parmigian Cheese and pepper flakes for my pizza. It was pleasant and therapeutic to dine in and enjoy some pizza & wine. 02/25/25 Attended a private affair. Staff very pleasant and helpful. SIMO Neapolitan pizza takes 90secs to make, who knew such deliciousness could be had in such quick turnaround. We started off selections of meat and cheese not a fan of ricotta but drizzled with honey amazing. Also grapes and olives. Their focaccia was light and airy and delicious. Pizzas below were our samples and very generous portions. Margherita (san marzano tomato, mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, basil. My favorite. Finally got to go in person and had a lovely time. The gluten free pizza is just as good as it was via take out. The restaurant is pretty calm and spacious. The service was good and they gave us free dessert, which was so nice. The only qualm I would have is that you have to order and pay everything via the app and it needs to be all at once. So if you decide you want more of something you need to start a new order. read more

I've been meaning to check them out because their actual physical space looks nice and airy My building sent their newsletter advertising that they are now in the neighborhood and with an order of a pizza you get a free tiramisu, frankly I was more invested in the tiramisu than the actual order and I entered the promotional code during check out. Anyways, to my surprise I had to place a minimum of $25 to get delivery, so I ordered the tri-color pizza, and two canned spritz, with delivery fees, taxes and tip, the order ended up being around $44 Here's the kicker, my order arrived 45 mins later (I live down the block) no tiramisu in sight and the pizza was soggy and a bit heavy handed on the olive oil. Pizza was good. It's not my favorite, but it's quick and priced well. Ingredients were fresh. The diavola was not spicy at all. They appear really busy and since it only takes over a minute to cook the pies, they were stacking them up because the expediter didn't have time to box them. This meant the crust of own of my pies had cheese and such from a pie it was resting on. Most tables had several kids, but it was on the earlier side. Simo seems to have just opened up in this location and I went over for a quick slice. The pizza is super quick and customizable, the staff is attentive and quick as well. Very clean restaurant and new looking with ample seating space and a waiting area for pick up. Will definitely go back. Italian pizza -- in Brooklyn! Having been to Italy only once in my life (and wanting to return), I can definitively say this is the closest thing I've had to Italian pizza in the states. Very disappointed I just received a pie and it was terribly cold. it looked like they had it sitting out. I caked and spoke to someone and it was like it happens all the time. He didn't care, 1 he said I must leave far from the establishment but I do not. I dont even live a 10 minutes away. so I told him that then he told me that door dash must have took along time to bring it which was not true because I get all the text from the time they pick it up until the time it was delivered, so then I asked him did they put it in something to keep it warm and he told me no they don't have anything to keep it warm but it's a good idea but unfortunately they can not do anything about it. I should put it in the oven. wow! I told him I got the burrata cheese added and it will mess the whole pizza up. HE CARED LESS. told me I hope you enjoy it and hung up. I am truly disappointed and I have never been treated this way. this was my 1st experience there and last. they are nasty and rude. would not recommend them to anyone. Its fine, order from your table with a qr code. No coffee or coffee drinks, but you can get an espresso. Italian sodas and beer/wine. Pizza took too long to come for Neapolitan (30m?). Pros: Ingredients are fresh and delicious. Cons: Mushy, hardly any crunch except for the bubbles. I think if you live within a block or two it might be good to visit, i would definitely not do take out. If we are being completely honest, i do a better Neapolitan on Ooni. If you have an Ooni or Grozni and like to geek out on pizza with Italian flour, you may be a bit disappointed. The space is nice but vibe is more food court than fun. read more
