When I called to make the appointment, I clearly explained the issues I was having with my vehicle. The woman I spoke with told me the diagnostic fee would be $49.99. Based on that information, I scheduled the appointment and drove across town to bring my vehicle in. When I arrived, the same woman then told me the diagnostic would actually cost over $200 because what I described was considered "two separate issues." I was extremely frustrated because I had already explained those exact issues to her over the phone. What bothered me even more was that once I questioned the price, she suddenly wanted to give me a full disclosure and explanation of how their diagnostic pricing works. That information should have been disclosed to me when I made the appointment, not after I drove across town and showed up expecting the $49.99 diagnostic fee I had been quoted. None of this was mentioned during our original phone conversation. I decided not to have the diagnostic done because Hyundai charges around $200, and for that price I would rather take my vehicle directly to the dealership. My issue isn't that a diagnostic can cost more depending on the problem. My issue is how the pricing was communicated to me. If I had been given the full disclosure over the phone and told that my particular concerns could result in multiple diagnostic charges totaling over $200, I could have made an informed decision before making the trip. Unfortunately, I feel I was misled when I scheduled the appointment. Being upfront with customers about pricing from the beginning would have prevented this entire situation and saved me a wasted trip across town.

I thought we'd be out of luck since we had no files of our previous design, but he said it was no problem like a pro! Thankfully, we were able to get ahold of our files and they were able to use them with only a few slight changes. They totally nailed it! Got us in asap, color changed one of the trucks so It would look white like the rest of the fleet and 3/4 wrapped the other to match. All in under a week. We have been through the ringer all these years with a few different wrap places, but at incognito wraps with Kathy and Joe at the helm, I am sure we've found our home!

Unbelievable how efficient and quick this shop was able to turn around a bad situation. Not once…read morebut twice. I will ALWAYS use them over a dealer for my exotic car maintenance considering their staff are trained just as much so if not better than the dealers and they are much more personable then the dealer. First issue was a evap and vacuum line repair in my Lamborghini Urus, they diagnosed the problem and provided all details needed to present the case to the seller to fix. The second time, a fuel pump replacement which would have cost $5k+ from dealer with 3+week lead time while the car sits outside, came out to be nowhere near this cost, literally a fraction of it, and done in a couple days.  BTW this was a massive issue with fuel pump where it was spraying gas under my 10 year old and pooling up...could have caught the whole car on fire and burned my house down, no joke. Set aside the facts, the staff cares and makes the effort to get things done. Their site came up when I searched best audi mechanic las vegas or best lambo mechanic las vegas because I was in a rush, however seeing that they specialize in all european car repairs in las vegas boom, im locked in. I have some brakes to swap out soon on this lambo and Ill be bringing it here. I only wish I knew about them when I had my BMW as this would have saved me a ton on dealer headaches when i was looking for BMW mechanics in las vegas, not to mention best BMW mechanic las vegas reviews which they have, and the BMW dealer doesnt (facts).  If you have an exotic auto, european auto, Audi, BMW, Lamborghini or similar, I recommend going here or you will get jacked around by the dealer. Cameron and his team will tell you how it is, are transparent with the services needed (regardless whether brake service, oil service, fuel pump service, vacuum lines or anything else) as youll know whats involved, parts, and costs.  Thanks guys seriously, imo your the best Lamborghini independent mechanic in las vegas (in other words, best exotic car service in vegas!)

I brought my 1995 GMC Step Van to Lusso for a custom air suspension project. I was quoted approximately $20,000-$25,000, later told the project would not exceed $30,000, and I paid a $10,000 deposit. I was told the fabrication work would not begin until after Christmas. What happened instead was extremely disappointing. Before the project ever got underway, I was billed for storage fees and labor. I was never provided a written contract, storage fees were never disclosed in advance, and I never authorized charges for research, engineering, or trial-and-error work. I was also charged over $1,200 simply to change the two front wheels on my vehicle, an amount I believe was completely unreasonable for the work performed. To make matters worse, my vehicle was marked directly with a Sharpie. Instead of using masking tape or another removable method that's common when planning fabrication work, permanent marker was written directly on the vehicle. No air suspension fabrication was ever started. When I decided to cancel the project, Lusso issued me a refund check, then placed a stop payment on that same check. I ultimately had to file a lawsuit, and the court entered judgment in my favor against Lusso Auto LLC. Even after winning in court, I have had to continue pursuing collection through the legal process because required financial records were not produced during the post-judgment proceedings. This review is based entirely on my own experience and the court proceedings that followed. If you're considering doing business with Lusso, I strongly recommend getting every promise in writing, insisting on a detailed signed contract, making sure every fee is disclosed upfront, and documenting every payment and conversation. I genuinely wanted this project to succeed. Instead, I lost months of time, had to go through the court system to recover my money, and am still dealing with the aftermath. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lusso Auto LLC.
