From the outside, this is one of the better looking 7-11 locations. I believe that they renovated several years ago. This location is also one of the few in the area that has a gas station. The vibe is totally off over here though. It doesn't feel that safe and it also feels sketchy inside the shop. It feels like even the store will rip you off if they can. There are questionable people loitering outside. As I walked towards the entrance, this guy asked me for money. There is a male cashier who usually works around 4:00 PM, and his attitude is consistently unfriendly and unprofessional. He often wears earbuds and talks in his own language regardless of whether customers are standing in front of him. When I asked for a receipt, he literally tossed it toward me instead of handing it over. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of basic customer service and respect. I have seen him before at another gas station in the same area during what appeared to be training. At that time, he behaved very politely and attentive toward his senior staff, which makes his rude behavior toward customers even more disappointing. I seriously question why someone with this attitude is assigned to a cashier position. I would not be surprised if many local customers recognize exactly who I am referring to. On June 28, 2025 at around 8:10 PM, one of the clerks at this location was talking to a disabled guy on a wheelchair and the guy on the wheelchair was amputated and the clerk cussed out the amputee and physically moved the guy out of the shop and stole his money cause he was asking for the $5 deal. The clerk just argued with him instead of initiating a conversation for the deal. Then after kicking the guy out, they locked the doors and we couldn't leave for like a moment, the clerk literally locked me and a few other customers inside the shop. Another dude outside had to open the door for us, literally what is wrong with that clerk, that isn't okay. Also to clarify earlier when I was at this exact store on the same day, that same clerk was talking on the phone during work hours, very unprofessional. This place is always been a bad experience very very rude stuff which numerous times have I seen them getting physical with customers. They say open 24 hours but they're not open 24 hours they're closed 3 to 4 hours every night in the middle of the night when you need them to be open which for me is no point of 7-Eleven cuz they're 24 hours well this one isn't and the guy will have you knocking on the door outside looking dumb for a very long time before he comes over to the glass just to get mad at you when that tune and tell you we're not open. My friend Miguel got attacked by him and hitting the back of the neck with a broomstick. He ended up getting nerve damage and has a pending lawsuit with him right now which they're almost finished with. And time after time again today being I would say around the 11th for 12th time that I get some hot dogs I get drinks I get all my stuff together to pay for it and I'm at the counter and then I try to swipe my card and she says they don't take food stamps. Clearly you can see the food stamp EBT card in my hand and I'm swiping it why wouldn't you tell me this from the very beginning and then they want to get an attitude when I can't pay for it you get all pissed off at me acting like I did something wrong I do not approve of this place this place is a horrible horrible ownership or whoever's whoever's running the franchise from 7-Eleven. I'm actually trying to take the bus and I missed the bus coming from the store yet there was only two people inside. The lady decided to wait for me to get to the register and then started fixing something. She had a cast on her arm but she really wasn't trying to talk quickly or do anything quickly, I just had a soda. There was almost nobody in the store so I really thought nothing of going to get a beverage very quickly until she was just not trying to give service. BAD Employees ! . I've been going here for decades to buy fuel (Union 76 fuel) , buy hot coffee and use the restrooms . In the last year they've stopped cleaning the restrooms and now have them closed permanently for no given reason . Said to open on Sunday, April 24, I anticipate did things from this 7-Eleven combination 76 gas station. The store looks pretty clean and new inside, and that donkey detritus that collects in cracks increases of older 7-Eleven's will not exist here for several months. That generally means you can buy food and drinks here without fear of reprisal... Or dysentery. I am particularly looking forward to this opening, because it is going to be the closest 7-Eleven to my place of employment. Nice little con job the cashier is trying to pull off here. I stopped in tonight to cash in a $4 winning lottery ticket and to buy $20 worth of power ball tickets, so a total of 12 tickets. Every other reasonable issuer in CA puts 2 tickets on one slip, and the other 10 on another, but not this guy! He slides me a jumbled mess of 1 with 7, 1 with 2, and 2 with 1, immediately yelling "next customer" to try and move me along. Not so fast mister. I stop and count, that's only 11, one is missing. Hey, I know I probably won't win a billion dollars tomorrow but it's the principle as he so clearly did it intentionally. I confront him, he pretends he can't speak English but then states that the machine can't issue any more tickets. We go around and around until he realizes I am not going to move, and I've now told customers standing in line that he's stealing from me. This place is clean it just opened. The hot dog and pizza is a good easy cheap snack lunch. Hot dog and big gulp 2.00 two slices of pizza and a big gulp 3.00. There was even one time when two different transients harassed me for money on the same visit. First time coming to this store and will NEVER, EVER come again! Two women at the counter had very, very horrible attitude! When notified that their slurpee was "liquidy" the response was a smirk and then followed by "We tried to fix it!" That was it, no apologies, no smile, nothing! When I asked if I could use the restroom, the response of the other woman, which I thought would be nice because she seemed to be engaging with the customers unlike the other one, "You need a key!" Ok, I waited for her to give me the key but she did not until I asked for it! After using the restroom which was very FILTHY (I'm sure that these two women use the same restroom too but do not seem to care how filthy It is). I placed the key on the counter, thanked them and left quickly as I did not want to spend anymore time in this terrible, terrible store. To me, if you are unable to provide good customer service you probably should not be in this line of work. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! Came in last night to get my free coffee for the day. The inside is clean and they have awesome selections for coffee creamers. It's way cleaner than other locations and the staff if very friendly. They seem smaller because it's more narrow, but longer, so the set-up was a little weird. I didn't pay attention, but it looks like they offer less stuff than other locations.
