It's a bit unusual to see Indian food at a food court in the mall and honestly this place is so much better than whatever else is offered in that food court The girl behind the counter was patient and friendly. She offered samples and after trying some I decided to get it. Got 3 curries with rice. For $2 more you can get a combo that comes with a drink and naan. Got tikka masala, butter chicken and coconut medras chicken. All dishes use chicken breast that is cut into square chunks. I think the best of the three was the coconut chicken. It had a nice kick to it and was super creamy. Butter chicken is a must get for me but some of the chicken pieces were a bit too overcooked. The tikka masala was also really good. The star of the show had to be the naan. I've tried plenty of naan and this is one of the best I've had. I got the garlic naan and it had plenty of garlic chunks on top. It's super fluffy and soft. Went so well with the curries. Portion is generous and the 3 item can easily feed 2 people. read more

The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and he offered to let me sample several different types of chicken before I ordered. My favorite was the Chicken Madras Coconut which he told me is his own recipe and it was absolutely amazing. The flavors are rich, creamy, and so flavorful. I also really appreciate the reasonable prices, especially for the quality and portions you get. I enjoyed it so much that I came back twice in the same week! Yummy!! I'm so glad there is Indian food at the mall now! I've never had Indian food. The smell drew me towards the food court and when I figured out where it was coming from I had to follow my nose. This place was better than some restaurants I've been to. The staff were super friendly and offered great suggestions to try. They made our naan fresh to order and holy crap was it delicious. Super light and fluffy but very soft while retaining a little bit of a chew. The sauces were light but had a lot of flavor. Even the tikka masala had a light weight but delicious sauce. The cherry on top was that they had great drink options. I will definitely be coming back here. I will agree with a lot of people in the reviews. The rice was dry and flavorless. I don't mind flavorless rice as plain rice tastes great with so many things but it was dry and brought the dishes down a bit. read more

Found this spot inside of the food court of West Covina mall. Food was great - can't beat 3 curries + rice for $20. My son had the mango lassi and he loved it. It's made fresh. You can sample the meat which is nice if you are unsure of what to get. My only complaint is it didn't come with the cucumber side that traditionally comes with Indian dishes. I assumed it was in my to go bag maybe it's only available upon request or at an extra cost and I overlooked it. I also ordered garlic and plain naan and they both tasted about the same. The vegetarian and vegan options are good. Tried the butter chicken and chicken korma they were good but I'll always be a sucker for a paneer option. The price for the serving is agreeable. So, I came here for lunch, tasted some of the curry and thought I had found a good spot. To my dismay I had not. The rice was trash and did not go well with the curries, I ordered a meal and it does not come with a drink or naan. 17$ for two curries and some rice. I would show a picture but I threw it away. Anyways, I paid extra for the nann, total came out to around 21$, and it was the most unflavored basic garlic naan I had ever tried, I don't think that they even put any garlic on it. Not even sure if bro is really Indian after tasting what he brought out to me. I was so disappointed in the food I decided to ask for a refund after about 4-5 bites. He declined and thought it was because I had to pay for the naan, even though I told him, politely, that the rice and naan were just bad and did not compliment the food well. So with no refund and no full tummy I'm writing this to you. Would not recommend, would not come again.
