Papadam I took one bite and it was bursting with tasty delight. Crispy and sprinkles of what looks like cumin seeds throughout. Side of yogurt It was tart, and acted like a palate cleanser for me, I would dip some of the chapati and papadam every so often into it. Pickled onion chutney There were slices of connected onions that were pickled. I didn't hate it but I wasn't a huge fan. There was a lot of it, I didn't finish it. This place was great, you can tell from the crowd, it feels and taste authentic. I feel like other Indian restaurants dilute the flavors to match the local tastes.
