Lovely place to spend a weekend afternoon catching up with friends, drinking tea, and learning more about how to prepare tea. We sat at the table and got the white tea, which had a nice flavor despite not having to steep it for a long time. The owner was very sweet and kind, and showed us the correct way to steep and pour tea. There's a neat ceramic plate on the table that had a hose attachment to drain the water, and there were tea pet figurines that changed color when you poured hot water over them. The environment was well adored and very serene. We did not feel rushed. The little tea cups were also very cute - decorated with koi and floral designs on the bottom.

Awesome and authentic teas, herbs and preparatory items. They import direct from China and can put together specific concoctions to fit your needs. You can also make arrangements to have a customary tea ceremony where you can how to prepare and try different teas. You can also learn about the various herbs to mix with your favorite tea to treat various ailments or boost health and energy. The owner will also provide you with the history of and regions where various teas come from. They also serve bubble teas in plain or various flavors, delicious! They also carry all the tools needed to prepare your tea at home. Traditional tea servers, cups, etc. If you are in the area, this is a fun place to stop on in, browse the shop and have a wonderful cup of tea.

Came here with one of my friends and we're so glad we found this place. It's not your typical American tea store. Be ready to experience how the Eastern culture does it. Upon walking into the store, you feel at peace. It is nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is not some tea you can replicate by getting at the supermarket. The staff will show you how to properly serve the tea as well - you select your choice of teapot and it can range from $10-$30 per pot. Our teapot only ended up being $10 but it was so worth it for the amount of cups of tea we were able to brew with. The leaves are very strong even with a quick brew. There are different services available, for example, if you want the staff to serve the tea to you. There are also tea and tea pots for sale. Check it out when you get a chance :)

Popped in on a summer Saturday to get my boys some bubble tea. The owner was so sweet and accommodating. She explained the type of teas and flavorings and both boys came away happy! The shop is adorable and cozy - she sells loose teas and Chinese home goods (decorations). One of the boys asked for herbal tea and she said she had enough for one cup but if we wanted it next time just give her a call in advance and she will prepare it for us. When I tasted both of them it seemed pretty authentic to me not over syrupy or sweet - I could actually taste the tea! We will be back

Great tea, lovely proprietor, but the shop environment was a bit cluttered which reduced the peacefulness for me. YMMV

The store has a small coffee shop inside, offering both food and drinks. A large bakery assortment and several savory options like quiche fill the showcase. Freshly baked cakes, pies, pastries, and other goodies line the display cases and look very inviting... The shop also has a retail section with Boonton-themed T-shirts, soaps, and seasonal décor items (this time, Christmas décor was on display). The place has a really nice vibe. I ordered a hazelnut coffee with a slice of banana cake and enjoyed my time here...

Then told me I couldn't bring anything in and then walked off to continue his conversation with his buddy. Now I respect policies but this dude is something else. Theres a lot of ways to approach the situation and the way this old guy handled it, was not it. He thinks he's some sort of marshall and has no concept of how to talk to people even though he's dealt with the community for years. If you want to try bringing in your stuff, you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Im sure their overall service is good but he needs a complete attitude adjustment or retire.

Light, fluffy, not too sweet, with a messy but delicious showering of powdered sugar. I would definitely stop by for their fresh, fluffy beignets to be eaten fresh because they make them fresh with every order! Just for their amazing beignets, it should be 5 stars. My friend also got a chai latte, which my friend actually really liked. She said it was one of the best she's ever had. I tried and it was really good, just super sweet. Taste-wise though - delicious! BUT I gave 4 stars because when I went, they were out of the other things I wanted and it wasn't clearly advertised so the poor girl helping me had to keep telling me sad news, one after another. I wish there was a sign stating if something was unavailable or they should've put away displays if items were not available. My friend wanted gelato because there was a picture of it displayed, but they said they didn't have that. Is it only a summer thing? Were they not serving gelato just for that day? I don't know, it was just unavailable. They really should not mislead customers by displaying the picture of the pretty gelato (the picture looked really good!). This also meant that I couldn't get the affogato because they weren't serving gelato. Again, the menu didn't clearly state they were not serving that drink. I also stopped by here specifically because I saw an Instagram post that their hot cocoa was one of the best. The "toasted" one was the one I wanted, but it was not available because they didn't have the marshmallow. Again, that one wasn't covered with a sign that it was unavailable. I ended up getting a drink somewhere else. Also, when we wanted a receipt, the girl helping us said it wasn't working. So it was just a bad timing that day. Poor girl was super nice as she delivered rejections, but I was still constantly disappointed. Again, if I'm ever in the area, I would definitely be back for their beignets and hopefully that next time, the menus will be more clear about what they have and don't have. Things to know before you go: -They have a lot of different donut flavors and fillings, which I didn't try. But make sure to prepare enough time to wait for them to be made fresh and depending on how busy they are at the time you go. It looks like it's worth the wait because so many people got several donuts. -There were about four 2-person tables and one table for 4-5 people and a couch for 2 people to sit snugly. So, not the best place for big groups.

They usually play jazz music which is great to relax to but their furniture needs a huge upgrade for starters. The stools are very creaky. A couple of the couches are also not very comfortable to sit on for extended periods of time. They don't have many outlets to plug your electronics into. The bathroom is reallllly small. Its basically a closet. Lastly they dont have central air so Its difficult to get comfortable during the hot summer. I also dont think the owner likes me too much. I think he thought i was hitting on his girlfriend. The hours are great though. They're open 7am to 7pm everyday which no other coffee shop can match. Update: Now you see from the response Alex posted what a shmo this guy is claiming I was there 122 times. If anyone can tell me why someone would visit this place that frequently, id love to know. The Salvation Army probably has better furniture. Alex's ego is so big yet he runs a shop that one or two people pop in at most on any given day. Don't like people? Don't serve the public. For every person that doesn't like me, I bet there's 100 that despise you.

The restaurant is located in a small strip mall on Rt 46 East in Parsippany. I've heard the chicken cutlet sandwiches were very good here, but I was in the mood for meatballs. The meatball sandwich was unbelievable! Loaded with meatballs on toasted bread with a delicious sauce, I loved it! There were so many meatballs, I had to eat some before I could eat the sandwich.
