We got a quick and convenient scheduling time. Our SIR installation expert, Trevor M. was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The finished product was exceptional! (bathtub and surround). We spent an hour and a half listening to a sales pitch. The salesman told us if we signed right now he would knock $2,000.00 off the price of a new shower. The reason they did this was to "Save time." If that were true they wouldn't spend an hour and a half trying to sell us the company. read more

I'm just not sure where to begin with this. I have no one to blame but myself. I should have done some more research and checking around for other places as well. I wish I had checked out the BBB website first and read what others had to say about the company too. In the end I was so lucky to find a totally different company to remodel and upgrade my bathroom completely like I had hoped to have done. The bottom line for me was that Sir Home Improvement gave me an estimate of around $24,000.00 w/o a new vanity and sink in the estimate. I then went back on Yelp and checked again to see if I could find a better quote on getting the job done. I'm so extremely happy I did that. I was able to have Zach from Valiant Construction Company contact me and set up an appointment with him to stop by and see what he had to say and any suggestions that he might have too. Well turned out to be the best decision I could have ever made. He came by took measurements and he made suggestions for me as well. Basically the same thing that Sir Home Improvement gave me but Zach included getting me a completely new vanity top made with using granite or quartz or something like that to make it look way more up to date and and it would also included a brand new sink and faucet set as well. His estimate he gave me made me think I wasn't hearing him right ! I did and his cost to do everything came out to be around approximately $7,000.00 needless to say I have absolutely found my new contractor to do the job as well as other jobs that I hope to eventually be able to get done too. I was so happy and glad that I didn't accept the offer from Sir Home Improvements. I'm sorry but when I can save that kind of money it's absolutely a no brainer who I'm going to call and check with first before I have anyone else give me a quote on any other job done on my home. So I guess if I had to give my thought about hiring Sir Home Improvements I would say no don't do it until you check around and see what other companies have to offer you and say first. read more

Met with Aaron and discussed the bath remodel, after he left received a call that my mother in law had passed, it was within the three day period so I canceled and headed to Florida to attend to family matters. When I returned I found out that they had not only took money out of my account they tried to take addional money, and I had to cancel my card. Another person came and said is there a problem, we stated that it was a timing issue and needed the cancel the product. Then we been dealing with the finance director Becky and she was very disrespectful, we don't get it.... we canceled within three days and they still took our money.... very frustrating to say the least.... we had to dispute the charges with our bank and it will take up to ten days.... Sir home improvement was supposed to come out and quote me on new windows but never showed up. I looked back in my call log and missed a call from them the day prior. When I called them back to see what happened they sent me to a voicemail mail service that just hung up on me. ** UPDATE 11.21.20 ** The owner took control of the situation near the end. He communicated with me directly multiple times to make sure I was taken care of and even came out to check the work on our windows himself and gave me updates on anything after the project was done. All in all the windows are wonderful and the owner did his best to make the situation right and I appreciated it greatly. The "House Special" windows are nice, just as the sales rep talked them up to be. Love them! The company on the other hand has some work to do. The customer service and communication were horrible for my project. I never knew who was coming or when they were coming to my home due to contractors being late or just not showing up at all for their appointment. As much as I would love to believe the owner cared about the situation I left conversations with him feeling belittled like it was all my fault their company could not get their business together and the owner's tone on the phone made me feel as though I was annoying him by complaining about the lack of customer satisfaction on our $35k project. Zero empathy from anyone I talked to. I have never been so dissapointed in a company and I use Comcast lol. read more

We made the mistake of hiring this company to install skylights and have had nothing but problems since the shady install. The lights and roof they replaced leaked the first time it rained causing damage to the interior. We filed several complaints with the BBB which seemed to be the only way SIR would respond. We had to hire another company to properly fix the area that was leaking and now will continue to make the repairs to the interior area that was damaged. I wish you could give a NEGATIVE 5 STAR ! The owner Frank is HORRIBLE ! He will just try to talk you into or throw money at you to say they're done so the finance company can pay them. Promising you that if there's anything not quite right they will fix it with / under your WARRANTY. We'll just keep in mind it took me from January of 2022 to now December 2022 basically 12 months to get them to fix my floor. Went through 2 different project managers and 1 reinstallation where they redid the Subfloor. Yet it was still shifting , and coming undone since I had uneven spots from 1/4 to 3/8's " that was causing the laminate to crack and pop at the seams. Frank argued with me and was avoiding coming out the 3rd time until I called and filled a complaint with the Financial institution Green Sky. Then shockingly I started getting calls from SIR asking what was wrong.... I'm just hoping that the 3rd time is the charm cause I can't wait to not have to call them for ANYTHING ! read more

Sir Home does not honor their lifetime warranty. Bought windows and siding from them years ago. Was told I had a lifetime warranty that would cover anything. The lifetime warranty was even transferable to a new owner if I sold my house. The first few years were fine. The company would send someone out when I had a issue and take care of it free of charge. After that when I called they would have someone come out to look at the issue and then call me back and tell me it's not covered. Now I have a bad window and they are telling me that the company that supplied them with the window went out of business and the lifetime warranty is no longer valid. But the could come out for around $600.00 and have a new window cartridge made and installed. So that means they can still get the window cartridge, but not from the original supplier and I get to pay for it. This sounds very unfair and deceiving to me. I still have siding falling off my house that they have tried several time to fix and finally I ended up fixing it myself. The only reason I even purchased their products and services was due to the lifetime warranty and now they won't even honor that. Beware of this company!!! read more

The install of shower they did in June for me was great. I opted to not have shower door at that time. In September had them come and measure for a door to be put on. Got a call that they would be here to install the door on nov 2 between 2 and 4 pm. They didn't show up, no call as to why, have called and left 4 messages to contact me as to why the no show. They were early enough I should have gotten a call back. Nothing. It seems this company has taken a major dump , there's either no answer or you get 'the call center' and they don't have a clue. And that energy thing they say they will do....... Ya sure. Have heard nothing in the past 5 months at to when that's gonna get done. They answer the phone, how can I make you smile.......
