The eggs ordered over medium were just a bit overcooked but we wanted to be sure the whites were fully done. My wife especially liked the cure on the bacon. Our server was prompt, friendly and attentive. She did a great job. It was interesting seeing how the original restaurant was converted rail cars and later expanded into what they have today. I found this place by accident about a week ago as I was about to run out of gas. I'm glad I found it too. Great customer service as they are really fast here after ordering. I got my order at my table before I could finish paying for our meal. I have been here twice. The second time I decided to stop here with a group of people in the crew van.
