First time trying this spot and I'll definitely be back. Great service that was attentive yet relaxed. They let my friend and I chat and much for 1.5 hours. The door was well spiced and hit the spot. The crispy pork belly was actually crispy and bursting with flavor. The roti was airy and matched well with the yellow curry that it was served with. We also called the Panama curry which I wanted to pour over my rice even when I was stuffed. It has a strong taste of peanut which is different from what I'm used to but really nice. So happy we got to be one of the first customers to ever eat at this new Thai restaurant. The place inside is pretty small, but the decor is cute & simple. They make the most of the room by putting as many small tables that fit with seating mostly for tables of two or four. We were literally the second table to ever eat in this new spot. And wow, am I glad I decided to search Yelp today for lunch. The service was super sweet, friendly, and perfect. We had a hard time deciding on what to try first (because everything sounded good and the smells from the kitchen were amazing). What we ordered: - Tom Kha Soup with Chicken Excellently flavors and just enough spice for me. My spouse loves really spicy dishes and said it would be delicious with more spiciness, but thought the broth was so good that it didn't even need to change. We actually just wish there was an option to order a larger size, it was that good! Sometimes my spouse like to just have soup as the entree. - Green Curry with Chicken (comes with rice) Wow! Super bright and fresh taste! Smells really good and tastes even better. It was very fresh and loved all the vegetables inside (eggplant soaked up all the delicious flavor just right, baby corn- yum, etc.). - Pad Cashew Nut with Pork (comes with rice) AMAZING. Mouth-wateringly delicious. I did not want the dish to end. It was the perfect amount of flavor and freshness. Loved the cashews, the carrots, the onions, the cilantro on top. Perfect combination of sweet & salty sauce with nuttiness from the cashews, enhanced by the onion, carrot, cilantro. Since it was their first day, we enjoyed free beverages. The Thai tea was so good- you can get oat milk for $1 more. The Black Mango Iced Tea was also delicious and you get refills on it. I cannot wait to go back and eat every dish. Since it was their first hour open, we were there when the Doordash photographer came to snap pictures of all the dishes. WOW! We were eyeing the Lobster Ravioli and honestly it looks too good to miss. So we'll probably be back later this week to try it and more. Congratulations on your opening. Thank you for bringing delicious Thai food to the area. We just moved up here from San Diego, and we've been having a hard time finding true Thai food and flavors. Many of the Thai places we've eaten up up here lack flavor or are just different because they're fused with Laotian dishes or another type of cuisine. Imagine this. I've driven by this restaurant at least 100 times over and never noticed it. Until today, I was told by a friend that this was a MUST TRY! I arrived today at 5:45pm, party of 4- reservation was made a week in advance. When I walked in I was immediately happy. The space was very charming and I loved the mellow music and the calm energy. The staff was very friendly and all attentive. The food was flavorful and delicious-- might add the way the food was plated was very "instagram worthy". Love when places take the extra step to make a memorable experience. We tried the Spring rolls and chicken satay. The spring rolls were crunchy but the flavor needs some more freshness. The chicken satay was delicious and the peanut sauce was the perfect texture. For my main course I tried the Crab fried rice. Compared to other places I loved the flavor and also there was ALOT of crab they weren't stingy with the crab! But let me just say this. The dessert stole the show. I would literally come here just for that lol! the Coco pung was my favorite it had such a tropical taste to it and don't get me started on the mango mousse I wanted seconds!! I can definitely see myself coming back here for lunch. I'm also very excited to try their breakfast. Parking was not the best as this restaurant is on a busy street, and before 6pm on the weekdays there is meter parking. ( no vaccination card was required to dine in) outdoor seating also available. First time trying this Thai restaurant located in Berkeley and next to a BBQ restaurant. This week is Berkeley restaurant week and they have different package menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is good, ordered the crispy ch item wings, Get it up with the Thai tea pancakes and the potatoes wedges with bacon and sunny side up from restaurant week menu, order the creamy coconut soup with chicken and crab fried rice just slightly salty for me and the pancake is little on the sweet side. Just opened! Loved the food. I wish I had taken a picture of the dish of lobster ravioli soup after we were done. We cleaned up lol. My dad is pretty picky about food but he enjoyed it as well. The only thing is that the portions are smaller than what I'm used to with Thai food. The restaurant itself is really small, not too many tables inside. Also, my tummy and my dad didn't feel the best when we got home. It wasn't super spicy but not sure if something didn't mix well with us. read more

This restaurant has such great service and great food! My husband and I went with my father in law. We ordered the fresh rolls (vegan), pineapple fried rice, duck noodle soup, and the tom yum fried rice along with some drinks. We forgot to mention that my father in law was vegan and had only specified tofu and extra veggies for his protein for the fried rice. When the pineapple fried rice dish came out, we realized we forgot to ask for no egg for his dish. The server very graciously took the plate back and refired it for one with no egg before we could even ask. The server also brought filtered water for the table after we had asked if the water was tap water. This level of service was amazing! The duck noodle soup was delicious, and the tom yum fried rice was a huge portion of food. It's a small place but was a great neighborhood spot. The Thai tea pancakes lended a solid fluffy and tasty pancake but that day the sauce was a bit overwhelmingly sweet for me. The roti-rito was reminiscent of a California breakfast burrito but with a Thai twist. The roti was fluffy, soft, crispy and buttery and enveloped all of the good elements a breakfast burrito should have-fluffy, tender, scrambled eggs, crispy white fish as a contrast to the textures to give you the real good mouth feels, and avocado, tomato, and spinach so that you live a little bit longer. One of the best Thai food I've tasted. Better than the 3 Thai restaurants I visited last weekend near Sacramento. It surprised me that such a good-tasting Thai place exists in a small town. Pad Thai was sour and sweet (tasted legitimate Thai, not like mainly sweet or unflavorful noodles), and crab fried rice tasted very good with real crab meat. About 6-7 tables, a cozy place. A bit cold for me; did not appear to have a heater (or AC). Portion was smaller than the other 3 Thai places I visited recently (took out food from 2 dishes ordered for 2 people), but I prefer to have tasty dishes rather than not tasty but more food. read more

Thanks Yelpers for the recommendation. Tiny hole-in-the-wall joint on the West side of Berkeley with good ambience and quick service. Food was excellent, albeit a bit pricey $19.50 for a standard green curry and brown rice, but nonetheless, the flavors were solid. The service was good, wine list was decent, my only complaint is that the restaurant is SMALL and packed. The tables are about one foot from each other. It's definitely intimate to say the least. Nevertheless, if you're looking for good Thai food in West Berkeley, Sistory Thai is a solid option! read more

Great little spot. Street parking was ample and easy to find. Went for brunch, I got the Pumpkin Duck Curry and my friend got the Thai Tea Pancake with the "whole breakfast" add on. Beautiful presentation, friendly and attentive staff, and delicious food. The curry was clearly made fresh and had a good amount of duck, pumpkin bits, and other typical curry ingredients. Really great food! Went for lunch on a Friday & these small place basically was full (under 10 tables). It's in an odd location, so more of a destination kind of restaurant or if you lived nearby. No drinks so I'm not sure if I would want to have dinner there, but The dinner menu is def more extensive than lunch. They do (American) brunch and Thai items at lunch time. Had chicken wings which were great! Not greasy at all and barely breaded. Had a beef stir fry dish that was also really solid. Pad kee mao was spicy and delicious! The quality of food and the meat in particular seemed really high with lots of fresh ingredients. Would def recommend! read more

WOW! This is a hidden gem right on San Pablo. We ordered yellow and panang curry and both were large portions, incredible value, full of meat and veggies in a flavorful sauce. We have left overs and are looking forward to part 2. The cashew chicken was *chefs kiss* unbelievably delicious. Sweet, salty, tangy, I loved it so much it'll be on repeat. The chicken satay came with a little salad and was the perfect portion for my preteen. But I have to say they went above and beyond for me and brought my food out to my car after my young child had just fallen asleep after a fit. Thank you!!! Yesterday I was in need of brunch and stumbled across a true gem. Sistory has me still thinking about everything I tasted on the menu yesterday. I wanted something that included a breakfast feel but non traditional so I went with the roti rito. The bread was cooked perfectly with a flaky finish , the white fish was cooked to perfection and when I bit into this dish I was blown away. I also tasted the Gyozas and they were amazing , the crab fried rice and the whole fried Branzino. All in all I can't wait to visit this place again and try 10 new things on the menu ! read more
