The owner, Julia is always quick to respond to my emails, which was super helpful when I was extremely busy trying to do literally five things at the same time. While our kitties were there, she sent us reports in text with photos of our kitties. It was really nice to know/see that our kitties were being taken care of. We looked at the same reports again and again since we missed our kitties so much. :) Julia seems to be very knowledgeable about cat behaviors and gave us good advice when we picked them up. Since everything went so smoothly, we actually came back again for cat daycare three days after the boarding. When we picked them up, it was before their pick-up/drop-off hours, but Julia was so nice and flexible; she let us pick them up early. Their website was easy to use. You can enter your pet's information into the system in advance uploading vaccination records and make reservations for day care/boarding. I would definitely recommend Second Home Boarding!!

What's great about Camp Bow Wow compared to other doggy daycares: no prior reservation needed, clear doggy cams, and break rooms for chill time! Camp BowWow has easily accessible indoor and outdoor playrooms. This allows your pups to run free and not be confined, which is a HUGEEE PLUS for us! At our last daycare, they were anxious, scared, and had slobber all over them. This time, happy, excited, and absolutely no saliva on them! We have 2 anxious boys who have different needs: one needs his naps and alone time, while the other needs to be with less aggressive dogs. A few notes: one day of daycare runs for about $26 (per dog), the location is located in an inconspicuous location, & in addition to the usual spay/neuter requirements, a quick release collar and nametag must be on your pups upon entry.

Before I was able to schedule the appointment they made sure she had her Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccinations. Since she's 16 and her vet has discontinued her Distemper vaccinations, they were very accommodating and just required a letter from the veterinarian explaining that exception and then they had a really easy and thorough portal to setup a profile and upload those documents, so I the future if I want to use their boarding she'll be all ready as far as vet records go (and it's easy to update in the future). We were happy to see that Megan greeted is and would be doing the grooming since she was the one who we met at NUZZL and did a great job with the nail trim a few weeks earlier. I was told it would be about 2 to 3 hours at most and got a text message at 2 hr 15 minutes saying she was ready to be picked up. Right on time!! There was no rush for me to get her, since she was in a kennel. When I arrived I got a tour of the boarding facilities which looked great and a rundown of how they schedule the day for the pups playtime and walks. It's nice to know they are so close to my house if I need a place in the future. Then my pup Kieli was brought out from the back and her hair was so shiny and I gave her a quick back rub and no hair came flying off. And she usually sheds like crazy!!! Great job and they took care of my pup well twice now.

I urge owners to reconsider using Mud Puppies…read more My dogs have been boarding here for a few years, and recently, they vaccinated one of my dogs for Bordetella without my permission or knowledge. My dog was already vaccinated, and had recent veterinary records uploaded, but they made a mistake which I didn't find out about until they tried to charge me for it. They cited an undated note in their files from a previous visit, but had no real way of confirming how it happened, or how to ensure it wouldn't happen again. The mistake was concerning. The reaction to it, or lack thereof, was even more concerning. I've asked to have a manager call me, which hasn't happened, and there is no urgency, or sense of concern from the staff. If they're able to brush off a mistake like that, what else is happening without owner knowledge? In my recent visit there were other smaller concerns, and lack of attention to detail, and I no longer feel confident in the staff.

I didn't think he would sit still long enough to have a completed groom but she made it happen with whatever dog magic she has. She also kept me updated on the status of the groom through text so I would know when to come pick him up which I greatly appreciate. Staff is very nice when checking in and out. I highly recommend their grooming services!! There was no doodle discrimination here either

I am fairly familiar with Dogtopia but never knew they offered grooming as well! Booking was pretty easy, I was able to communicate with the staff over text. Sent over Laila's vet records and scheduled my day. I was asked if I could push my time from noon to 2pm but it wasn't a big inconvenience. I am very pleased with our service. It took about an hour and half. We were greeted at the door by the staff. Evie our groomer, was our front and introduced herself (to me and Laila ) She asked what I was hoping for Laila's cut and any other needs she may have. And she looks too cute! I will definitely come again when Laila's hair grows back out!

We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. Look no further for a great place for "doggy day care", Pam and her team will take VERY GOOD care of them, like they were one of their own!!!

Paws Landing exceeded all my expectations from the moment we arrived. When we checked in, there was a personalized welcome message on a small board, which immediately made us feel at home. The clerk who greeted us was very professional and took the time to carefully note special considerations, while also ensuring that every item we brought for the stay was accounted for and returned to us. What truly warmed my heart was seeing my pups, Koda and Lexi, so excited to go in. At other facilities, they would always pull away, but this time they happily followed the staff without even looking back. The daily pictures and updates were such a special touch, and I looked forward to them every day. Seeing them playing, relaxed, and happy gave me such peace of mind. It's clear the staff truly cares about the animals they look after. When I picked them up, there was no anxiety or stress at all, just two happy pups who clearly had a great time. Knowing they are in a safe environment with staff on-site 24 hours a day makes traveling so much easier now. Their level of care and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. Dropped both of my pups off for boarding for 5 days and this has been the best experience I've had…read moreat a doggy daycare. To begin with their facility they do an evaluation (FREE!) which entails essentially a free day of daycare as they recommend for them to be dropped off at least for 4 hours. In addition, they are running a promo for 2 additional free days of daycare after the evaluation!!! In regards to the actual care for the dogs, you can absolutely tell the staff love the dogs. Or puppy at other daycare was extremely nervous to play/potty but not here she had SO MUCH FUN (never too much). For boarding, they give you a daily report card that includes so many pictures of the pups! In addition, they actually encourage owners to bring a bed/toy to make them feel more at home which most other places do not. On the last day they even gave both dogs a bath that wasn't requested by it was an incredibly appreciated thing they did. They have a webcam as well but I did not feel the need to check on it since I knew my pups were safe and having so much fun. It really took the worry out of our vacation I can truly not recommend playful pack and their staff more, we will absolutely be coming back!!
