The salesman David Mackey was great when we purchased the items and spent over 5,000 but when the delivery showed up, the mattress was not on a box as requested due to moving out of state, the plastic has holes so dirt will get in the mattress on the moving truck and we are missing 3 items. Neither David or Kevin at customer service can help us. So what happened to the missing items? Did the delivery guys sell them or give them to someone else. Why were the items not counted by the delivery guys. Not happy and would not recommend. Our daughter also told us they purchased from sit and Sleep and the mattress was sent to their new house out of state. David told us that couldn't be done. read more

I bought a bed at the Santa Ana location and had nothing but problems. I was basically exhausting all efforts with warranty and the Santa Ana location that I finally decided to just go to the Brea location and pay the re-stocking fee to get a new bed. Aaron was the one that helped me out and it was his and Dave's idea to do the 3rd warranty inspection on my mattress to help me save some money on the re-stocking fee. Low and behold my warranty claim was FINALLY accepted! I went back into Sit N Sleep in Brea and Aaron was as happy about the news as I was. It felt good to know he was actually helping me rather than just looking for a quick sale. He helped me out with the new mattress that I wanted and even helped me out tremendously on my adjustable bed base. Mattress and base were delivered today and my girlfriend and myself are so glad this is all finally resolved. My experience at Sit 'n Sleep far exceeded my expectations. I always thought mattress salesmen were in the same stereotype as used car salesmen (sleazy, dishonest), but my experience not only disproved that stereotype, it also restored my faith in humanity! My husband and I bought a new mattress on Sunday (it is now Thursday) and paid for it in cash. When we got home, he realized there was a $100 bill missing from his wallet. I wasn't sure if we accidentally gave the salesman too much or just dropped it somewhere. We called the store the next day, but they didn't have it. Considering it a sunk cost, we went on with our week. But, lo and behold, the salesman just emailed me and said they FOUND IT!!!! I was already extremely happy with my experience at the store, so now I'm ecstatic. How easy would it have been for him to pocket that extra holiday bonus cash? Delivery and customer service 1 star They send you an email to confirm the delivery time I uderstand a four hour window but if it's not accommodating to your schedule you cannot reach anyone by phone only email and they don't respond. very upsetting when you plan your day and the delivery is not till 3 till 730 at night I was told by store Manager nothing he can do they have 20 delivers a day. Just bought a Tempurpedic mattress tonight at Sit N' Sleep and we are so excited! Our sales associate Harry was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with all the info we needed to make the right decision. We appreciated that he did not pressure us in anyway and could give us the pros and cons for every mattress we asked about. We had considered buying a mattress from an online company lured in by the prices, but really felt like we needed to experience the mattress before committing to the purchase. The combination of laying on various mattresses for comparison and the expert guidance from Harry, we feel confident that we got the perfect mattress for our needs. Sit 'n sleep is the place to go for bed replacement or addition. After I did their special sleep test to see which firmness my body required, Michael graciously let me test many beds. He let me rest, going from side to side stomach to back, on several beds to see which one I preferred. I was not even sure which size I wanted to downsize from Eastern king. It was a hard decision as I Was about to take a nap On a Queen size bed but I had to get up to talk business. Store and restrooms are clean and comfortable. Michael explained the pricing, warrantees, delivery dates, pick up dates, the entire package. I walked out of there a happy shopper. What a great experience. I was most pleased with the service we received from Sharon, the store manager. No pressure, took our time looking and testing out the various options. She stayed with us the whole time, making sure to answer our questions and to guide us through our decision making process. My wife and I went in on 2/18/18 to shop for a Tempur-Pedic bed, as Sit 'n Sleep is an authorized retailer where we could get the President's Day Sale discounts that Tempur-Pedic was offering. We were met by Pete. Though he was helping multiple customers at the time, he managed to juggle all of us and, for the most part, my wife and I didn't have to wait. Pete had us do the computer sleep analysis that they offer, which said that I would be better off on a firm bed--not too sure about that--and then we started looking. We tried several models, from soft to firm. We originally were thinking of the Cloud Supreme but ended up purchasing the Cloud Elite, which is actually second from the softest, and the one Pete most recommended(also the 2nd most expensive, but that is the way it works with Tempur-Pedic, the softer has more materials and thus more expensive). We wanted the Ergo Plus adjustable base as well. The price for the Split CA King Ergo Plus was higher in the store but when I directed Pete to the Tempur-Pedic website, he dropped the price in accordance with their President's Day sale price. He also honored the 60 month interest free financing that Tempur-Pedic was offering, though he hesitated a little at first. Pete was patient, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Ultimately, my wife and I had a good experience with Pete and Sit 'n Sleep and would recommend the store to others. read more

Walked in at lunchtime last week, just intending to look at replacements for our overly expensive, horribly uncomfortable iComfort mattress. We weren't ready to buy but thanks to Pete Rigas showing us exactly what we were looking for and making the process so easy, we bought a new set on the spot. The purchase process was easy and fast and I was approved for 24 months, no interest, right away. Our delivery was scheduled for Thursday (bought on Tuesday), we were contacted by the delivery company on Wednesday evening and given a 4 hour delivery window. The delivery guys were there right at the start of the window, hauled away our old mattress and box spring, set up the new one and even took pictures of the set up in case there was an issue after they left.
