Amazing service! This was the 3rd place I stopped and everyone was trying to sell me what they made the most money on. I walked in a Sherri was with a client, so I waited for a few minutes and it was well worth the wait. Sherri used their technology to help decide on a bed, immediately she began showing me what was perfect for me not perfect for her pockets. We found an awesome mattress in my budget, Aireloom with adjustable base. It was perfect, she gave me a great deal on the whole setup. When we were done she insured she will always be there for me and I can come to her anytime. She then setup the deliver for the next day! Then Kevin and Christian showed up to remove the old bed and install the new one. They were respectful of the house and my kids in their way. My wife and I had our previous box spring mattress for about 15 years. It was definitely time for a new bed. We met Lori at the store during our visit and learned so much about the different types of beds. There was absolutely no pressure about anything. We tried lots of beds and were never rushed. We do have some allergy issues in the family, and Lori was very understanding while still offering us several viable options. The truth is, she spent more time than with us than we ever expected. She offered to air out the mattress, selected the most allergy friendly materials available and we're enjoying our new bed. We decided on a tempurpedic with an adjustable base. The price was slightly more competitive than other places, which is rare for tempurpedic, but what made this place stand out is without a doubt, the customer service. We went into sit and sleep Murrieta, CA and purchased a new mattress as well adjustable base November of 2018 in which Sherri helped us. We tried out many mattress's as well came in several times to get advise and help. We finally made a decision with the assistance of Sherri. I had explained I had back surgery a year before and was needing something that would really help my back have support. After investing over $4,000 on a mattress/base we were told we had 60 days to return if not happy during that 60 days we had called as well came in to explain are dissatisfaction of a good nights sleep on the mattress, we were told it takes time to break them in , so we could rotate it every few weeks that may help and just be patient. It is almost a year later we are still paying on it and the mattress is even less comfortable then when we first bought it, leaving me often to have to sleep somewhere else at home to get a good night sleep. Unfortunately we are stuck now after making such a large purchase. I really wish we would have done more research at other stores and as well returned it during our first 60 days instead of being talked into keeping it and waiting for it to get better. Unfortunately we can't recommend them to anyone we know and if or when we can afford another mattress we will not be going with Sit n Sleep again. read more

My husband and I argued about our need to buy a new bed for several months. We went to several different stores before we walked into Sit 'n Sleep in Murrieta. Their approach was totally different, starting with finding the ideal mattress firmness for each of us. We spent several hours (seriously, we wanted to make sure) verifying what we wanted. Our salesman (Bob) was terrific as we tried different pillows, etc. We had our beds delivered without a glitch, except that we had various questions before and during (we needed to change the delivery date, etc.) And that's where Sit 'N Sleep's customer service department (thanks, Natalie!) really impressed us. With all of our calls (for instance, we accidentally put the "kiddie lock" on our adjustable bed and thought it stopped working -- DUH!) the Sit 'n Sleep person on the phone walked us through everything. She was terrific. We love our new bed and we would definitely use Sit 'n Sleep again. read more

We are so thankful a trusted resource referred us to Sit 'n Sleep! We needed a new mattress for a few years, but kept delaying as the options seemed overwhelming to us. This was the first time I went to this store. I took my mother to get a bed and mattress here. We had it delivered and the mattress was too firm so we went back to exchange the mattress. Both my mother and I sat down with Ali and he told me that my balance for everything will be $1922. Now, three weeks later, I'm checking on the account and my balance is $2284. WTF! That is a major difference. Inside the store he had all the paperwork and calculator in front of him and he showed me step by step how my new balance added up to $1922. After finding out that I owe $2284 I called Ali and asked him how he could've made such a huge mistake. He claims that his math is 100% accurate and that he "MIGHT" have quoted me an incorrect balance. He belligerently told me to call customer service. I called the customer service # and spoke to a gentleman. He told me that he was gonna place me on hold while he looked up my acct info. The guy never came back on the phone. Instead, I somehow got transferred back to Ali. SMH. After this experience I will never buy anything from this store again and I wouldn't ever recommend it. The customer service sucks and the employees are apparently incompetent. The only thing positive about my experience here was with the original sales man. His name was Art and he was only helping out at this store while the main lady was away for a family emergency. I really appreciated his professionalism and courteous attitude. read more

Have had nothing but trouble and regret purchasing my mattress from Sit'n Sleep. First let me start with the Murrieta store and how terrible the manager is there. His wife comes in to deliver his dinner while we are looking and then he starts screaming at her in his language and treating her like crap while all us customers are walking around in the store. This was the 2nd time I had visited the store. When I had my father present, he treated us with respect, however it all changed when it was just us group of women. I told him I had purchased something to put on the bed and he goes into this rant and calls me "stupid" twice!!! We turned around and walked out. There was no way I was purchasing from that chauvinist. After that incident, I decided to visit another store in a different location with a nicer manager. Everything went great until it came to delivery. The salesman had turned in the wrong delivery date when compared to what he wrote on my receipt and what we had scheduled. Consequently, we didn't receive a call and found this out so then we rescheduled......long story short (a lot of stress later), Sit N Sleep delivers on their OWN time. It doesn't matter on your time. They claim they have 600 deliveries a day and can't do it according to your time. In the end, the quality of the mattress was poor and did not feel like what was sampled in the store. There is a return fee on top of this. Overall, I regret purchasing from Sit N Sleep as they are overpriced and have idiot salesmen in their stores. They are overpriced and the quality will not be the same as what is in the store. I would search elsewhere and will never buy from them again in the future. read more

She also gave us detailed information for all the different types of beds there are (who knew there is latex, memory foam, hybrids, spring-coil, and so on! Yikes!!!). I was in a bind when Sam's Club delivered the wrong size mattress after waiting two weeks for delivery. My 88 year old Mother in law was moving into her new Independent living facility apartment in two days, and now had no bed to sleep in. I went to Sit and Sleep in Murrieta, and Store Manager Ali Belagasem was so helpful. He showed me several different options, giving me information on each mattress. I told him my predicament with my MIL needing it right away, and I was assured my order would be correct and delivered the next day. He even gave me some tips on delivery time scheduling, and I left feeling confident about my choice. Mr. Belagasem was cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable.
